(2026-02-08-Sunday) – After starting my “Little Red Book” List, a number of potential “manifestations” have started… They are:
- We have a new therapist for Katie, and she might be my therapist soon too.
- Haircut on Sunday, February 8th, and a new barber kit so I plan to do my own barbering on my “wispy hair” moving forward.
- Manifest NVDA to reach all time high by end of February, 2026 so Philippines trip is “ON”.
- See doctor on Feb. 10th to see about sore knee (able to get this two days before brace appointment on the 10th). Will bring up medical advice in “The Life Plan” by Dr. Jeffry Life, namely:
- Testosterone – weekly intramuscular injections
- Dhea – Dehydroepiandrosterone (pharmaceutical grade)
- Thyroid T3 and/or T4
- Melatonin
