- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
This morning started the way many of my mornings do these days: driving toward McDonald’s with a coffee on my mind and a conversation with the Universe taking place inside my head.
As I drove through the old parking lot, I found myself feeling grateful. My legs seem to be doing better. They’re not perfect, but they feel better than they did, and that’s something worth appreciating. A few weeks ago I was worried about them. Today I was simply thankful I could walk comfortably enough to head out for coffee.
I also found myself thinking about the “winks.”
Three years ago, when I first started this strange little journey of paying attention to signs, synchronicities, and manifestations, it felt as though they were everywhere. Quarters would appear. Coincidences would happen. Little events would occur that made me smile and think, “Okay, I see you.”
This morning I reflected on the handful of quarters I found at McDonald’s recently. When I really stop and think about it, finding multiple quarters after specifically asking for coins is pretty remarkable. I realized I hadn’t properly acknowledged how grateful I was for those moments. At the same time, though, I’m human. I still want more feedback. I still want more winks.
Part of me misses that feeling from the beginning, when every little sign felt personal and encouraging. Maybe that’s normal. Maybe it’s like any relationship. The excitement of discovery eventually settles into something quieter. Still, I find myself hoping to reconnect with that sense of wonder.

One thing that remains constant is my desire to be happy.
Not rich. Not successful. Not even necessarily fulfilled in every dream. Happy.
Well, I entered McDonalds without finding a coin. Business as usual came across my mind. When I exited the washroom, just at the base of the door where the cashiers enter the hallway, what should I find? (see photo to the right). The Universe Does Love Me! 🙂
Objectively, it’s only ten cents. Financially, it’s meaningless. Symbolically, however, it was exactly the kind of thing that catches my attention. After spending the morning thinking about winks, signs, and the old days of finding coins, there it was—a tiny little reminder sitting in my path.
Was it a coincidence?
Maybe.
Did it make me smile?
Absolutely.
The afternoon turned into a completely different adventure as I experimented with AI-generated images for my novel. I spent quite a bit of time looking at a photorealistic image of a young woman supposedly created from a blend of Daniel Padilla, Alden Richards, Lori Loughlin, and Evangeline Lilly. We compared different versions of the image, looking for subtle differences and debating whether traces of Evangeline Lilly’s features could be seen in the final result.
From there the conversation shifted toward investing, which seems to happen almost every day lately.
I watched an interview with an investor who had sold a meaningful amount of NVIDIA, something I had done myself. That was reassuring. We talked about Snowflake, software companies, Apple, Taiwan risks, oil concerns, and what all of it might mean for my portfolio.
The biggest development was the creation of an Apple buying ladder.
Apple was trading around $312 per share, but instead of chasing it higher, I placed a series of patient limit orders at lower prices. If Apple falls to $285, I’ll buy some. If it falls further to $270, I’ll buy more. If fear really hits the market and it drops to $255, I’ll buy even more.
The beauty of limit orders is that they don’t require emotion. The decisions are already made. The market can do whatever it wants. I don’t need to predict anything. I simply wait.
As the day comes to a close, that’s really the theme I’m left with.
Waiting.
Waiting for opportunities.
Waiting for answers.
Waiting for the next wink.
Waiting for the next chapter.
And somewhere in the middle of all that waiting, finding a dime on the ground and remembering that maybe the Universe still has a sense of humor after all.
I think that version feels much more like one of your actual daily blog entries because it combines the spiritual side, the coffee-shop observations, the dime, the Evie reflections, and the investing decisions into one continuous day.
