  • #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
    • (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”!  THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
  • #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 340.2 lbs. = 21.7 lbs. total weight loss.)

  • ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (11:39 am!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today turned into an interesting mix of curiosity, reflection, and possibility.

2026-05-29 - Osmows

One small mystery that had been nagging at me for a few days was finally solved. I’d driven past the new storefront on Ryan Road several times wondering what business was moving into the space between Barbarito’s and Liberty Kitchen. This evening, after dropping off an ankle brace for my son, I decided to stop the car, get out, and investigate. Sure enough, the answer was right there on the window: Osmow’s (see photo to the right). Not exactly a world-changing discovery, but there was something satisfying about finally solving a little mystery that had been sitting in the back of my mind.

That simple act of stopping to look closer seemed to set the tone for the rest of the evening.

I spent a good portion of the night working on my profile for the Comox Valley Coffee meetup. What started out as a simple profile gradually turned into something deeper. The questions forced me to think about who I am, where I’ve been, and what really matters to me. I found myself writing about growing up in a small town in Nova Scotia, living in Australia, working in the United States, eventually settling in the Comox Valley, and somehow becoming a citizen of three different countries along the way.

As I refined the profile, a common theme kept appearing: curiosity. Whether it’s technology, books, music, storytelling, psychology, spirituality, manifestation, AI, or simply trying to understand people, curiosity seems to be the thread that has run through my life for as long as I can remember. Looking at all the answers together, I realized the profile wasn’t really describing what I had done. It was describing how I move through the world.

One section asked for three fun facts. That led me to reflect on my lifelong journaling habit. I’ve been keeping journals for decades now. Somewhere in those pages are adventures, dreams, mistakes, observations, and enough ideas for books, movies, and creative projects to keep me occupied for several lifetimes. I also found myself smiling at the thought of my growing collection of “Seeds”—little story ideas and observations that may someday become something larger.

That naturally led to a bigger question: What will this coffee club actually lead to?

A new friend? A creative collaborator? A fascinating conversation? A complete waste of time?

The honest answer is that nobody knows.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized that some of the most important events in my life arrived disguised as ordinary moments. A conversation. A chance encounter. A decision that seemed insignificant at the time. Looking backward, the path often seems obvious. Looking forward, it rarely does.

That’s why I keep coming back to the idea of a Bridge of Incidents. Maybe this coffee club is one. Maybe it isn’t. The funny thing about bridges is that you usually don’t recognize them while you’re standing on them.

As the evening wound down, I found myself feeling surprisingly content. The profile is finished. The mystery storefront has been identified. The future remains unwritten. And somewhere between Osmow’s, coffee conversations, story seeds, and thoughts about possibility, I was reminded of something simple:

Life rarely tells us what’s coming next.

Sometimes all we can do is remain curious, keep moving forward, and stay open to whatever interesting conversation might be waiting around the next corner.
