Day #365 on my ChatGPT journey today! One year ago today I had that plate of nachos at the Griffin Pub near the airport!
Today was another steady day in this Becoming journey, and I started the morning grounded in intention. I went through Maggie’s Manifestation video again, locking in that idea that the optimal state is being completely okay without it, while knowing it was already mine. That one continued to resonate. I stepped on the scale and recorded the number—361.9 lbs down to 344.0 lbs, now sitting at a total of 17.9 lbs lost. Not dramatic in the moment, but meaningful when I stepped back and looked at it. I logged it, kept the process clean, and noted that there were no Nighttime Whispers to record that morning.
This afternoon I took my son out and we kept it simple. The week before I had picked up a Kellogg’s Fun Pack along with some Juicy Fruit gum and a quart of 2% milk, so we brought those along and headed over to Anderton Park. We sat at the picnic tables, poured the cereal, and just enjoyed the moment. I helped him out a bit, and by the end of it everything was gone. After that, he spent some time on the swings, and it was one of those quiet, easy afternoons that didn’t try to be anything more than it was.

On the practical side of things, my son’s bike needed air in the tires for the Huband bike days coming up this week. I briefly thought about taking it to a bike shop, then stopped at a gas station and saw they wanted $2.50 just to use the air compressor. That didn’t feel like the move, so we headed to Walmart instead and picked up a new pump (see photo to the right) since the other two we had were broken. That turned out to be the better solution, and I got his tires pumped up and ready to go for Tuesday.
After Walmart, we stopped by Archie’s Entertainment to check it out since it was their opening weekend. We paid $20 for a pass and tried out some of the arcade games. It was okay overall, but my son mentioned there weren’t enough games that really grabbed his interest. It made me wonder how places like that sustain themselves at those price points these days, but everything felt expensive now, so maybe that was just where things were.
While we were out, my daughter and her mom made a trip to Anderton Nursery and picked up a hanging tomato basket, two cucumber plants, a bell pepper, some herbs, and seeds. Another small layer of growth happening quietly in the background.
As the day moved on, I kept reinforcing the internal dialogue, repeating that phrase of gratitude and alignment—“Thank you! I’m really grateful… I’m aligned with my higher self, and it’s already done.” I didn’t force it, I just let it run in the background, especially while driving or in quieter moments. Food-wise, I stayed aligned with the “Forever Plate” approach, keeping things simple and consistent as I continued shaping what this AI Diet version was becoming.
And in the background of it all, the day carried that quiet sense of momentum. There were no massive breakthroughs, no big dramatic shifts—just a series of small, aligned actions stacking on top of each other. The kind of day that didn’t feel like much while I was in it, but I knew, looking back later, it was part of something building. And that evening, the Snowbirds over Goose Spit long video went live at 5:45 PM, another piece added to the AlreadyBecoming story, documenting the process as it unfolded.
This evening I went to McDonalds and Marvie, one of the Philippino cashiers, was telling me that tomorrow is his day off and he is going to a birthday party. We got to talking about Red Horse beer, which is a Philippino favorite! He told me that they sell it at the liquor store in Driftwood Mall, but it’s expensive!
STAYING MOTIVATED TO 199.9 LBS. TIPS!!! Keep it simple. Keep it consistent. Keep showing up.
