I uploaded my logs and documents to ChatGPT and asked it to take it’s time, go through them, and come up with a “TOP 10” ToDo List… Here’s what it came up with:

In addition, today started as one of those ordinary Valley days that quietly turns into something a little more interesting if you’re paying attention.
I started to add “Organic Lentil & Vegetable Soup” to my diet plan (see photo to the right).
This evening I swung by Costco with the simple goal of finding something for the newsletter, and within minutes it turned into a full “Costco experience.” You know how it goes — go in for one thing, come out with a cart full of decisions you didn’t plan to make. One thing that stood out right away was a Safdie 5-piece serving set marked down to $19.97 from $49.99, sitting mid-store, not even up front. The kind of item you only find if you wander a bit. And it had the asterisk on the tag — which, if you know Costco, means it’s not coming back. That quiet little symbol that says, “decide now or forget it.” Those are the finds that make it into the Brew.
Before I even got inside, though, there was a moment that stuck with me more than the deal. A backpack sitting alone near the garbage cans. No one around. I took it inside to the membership counter, figuring someone had lost it. A few minutes later, a guy came out looking for it… and wasn’t exactly thrilled that someone had touched his bag. He grabbed it, didn’t say much, and walked off. Just one of those strange little human exchanges — you try to do the right thing and it lands sideways. Still, you do it anyway. That part felt more important than the reaction.
I wrapped the night at McDonald’s with a coffee, finishing Close Encounters of the Third Kind. It’s funny — watching it now, it feels slow. Really slow. But by the end, you start to realize it’s not trying to rush anywhere. It’s about that quiet pull toward something you don’t fully understand. Not logic, not explanation — just a feeling that keeps drawing you forward. Sitting there with the coffee, looking out at the parking lot, it actually fit the mood pretty well.
Somewhere in between flipping through Coffee News, thinking about the newsletter going out in the morning, and replaying the day, it all kind of connected. A new place opening. A strange interaction. A hidden rabbit. A movie about following something unseen. Nothing dramatic, nothing huge — just small moments that, put together, feel like something.
And that’s really what this whole thing is about now. Not just finding events or deals or things to do, but noticing what’s already there.
