Daily Notes

I went down to Cascade Liquor near the Thrifty Foods on Ryan Road this evening and purchased the 1.14 liter bottle of gin (see photo to the right). I also purchased a water jug that will hold my daily allotment of water. The idea is to fill up the water jug each morning (with some lemonade and apple cider vinegar and Himalayan salt) and this will be my water allotment for the day. Once it is empty I can switch to Zevia. From the jug it goes to the gin bottle, then to the martini glass, so I can “Drink Like Bond” and still consume all my water for the day! 🙂
I made eight pints of “Sweet Potato Creami” this evening and put them in the freezer. My wife bought extra containers from Amazon and I got her overflow. It will be nice to have so many in the freezer… I can now have one a day for a week!
