- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (3:29 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those days when a lot of little things happened, but underneath them there was a definite sense of movement. I got a lot of my HeartPOV paperwork and organization done, which felt good because this project has grown into something much bigger than simply writing a novel. I’ve got The Man Who Noticed Her, the reader community, the website, the videos, the characters, and all these different pieces that somehow have to come together. Today they started coming together a little more clearly. I also worked on Day 10 of the HeartPOV reader-community project, looking at what Filipino romance readers actually respond to and what might make the story feel more authentic. Things like family dynamics, kilig, subtle moments of yearning, natural dialogue, and making sure Mia feels genuinely shaped by the culture and world she comes from rather than simply being a Western romantic heroine transplanted into Dumaguete.
The biggest HeartPOV moment, though, was creating my first VideoExpress video featuring all six of the main characters together. That felt significant. Until now, so much of this has existed as words, plans, photographs, spreadsheets, character ideas, and things inside my head. Suddenly I could actually see these six people together and hear one of them speak. I even experimented with having the mother talk, and there was something interesting about the voice VideoExpress gave her. It seemed to have a bit of a Filipino accent even though I hadn’t specifically asked for one. I’m still experimenting with all of this, including figuring out where VideoExpress puts the finished videos, but I’m thinking about sending this first six-character video to Amy. HeartPOV is slowly moving from organization and planning toward becoming something I can actually see, hear, share, and eventually put in front of real readers.
I also found myself thinking quite a bit about manifestation and the lottery today. I watched a Timothy Schultz interview with a man who had won a million dollars and believed that manifestation and the Law of Attraction had played an important part in it. His basic idea was remarkably simple: talk to the Universe, be clear about what you want, think about what receiving it would mean to you, and then get on with your life rather than desperately chasing it. So while I was driving to McDonald’s this afternoon, I did exactly that. I told the Universe that, yes, I would certainly like to win the Lotto Max jackpot—and if I’m going to give up my anonymity for a lottery win, I’d prefer something considerably larger than a million dollars. Twenty million would be nice. Fifty or sixty million would be even nicer.

The Daily Grand draw was tonight too. I already had tickets, so there wasn’t anything more I needed to do except let the draw happen. No win tonight. That’s okay. Lotto Max is another day, and I’m increasingly interested in the possibility that there are different ways of winning anyway.
The ordinary parts of the day had their own character. I stopped at Dollarama and bought a package of Maria biscuits along with eight new D batteries (see photo to the right) for the electronic rat traps in the barn. Tonight the traps are officially locked and loaded. On my way out to get my McDonald’s coffee this evening, I also caught sight of Barney chasing a rabbit across the front yard, which was one of those completely unscheduled little scenes that makes an ordinary day memorable.
At McDonald’s I had my coffee and a couple of the Dollarama biscuits and watched some of the recently dropped Netflix documentary about Mike Tyson on my tablet.
And maybe that was the theme running underneath the whole day. HeartPOV is becoming something real. My ideas about love and manifestation are becoming clearer. My relationship with the kids keeps producing these unexpected little conversations and moments. Even my Universal Planner is becoming a better reflection of the life I’m actually living rather than merely a list of things I ought to do. I didn’t win the Daily Grand tonight, and I didn’t find all the answers to anything. But I made things. I thought about things. I talked with my kids. I drank my coffee. I watched Barney chase a rabbit. I put fresh batteries in the rat traps. And for the first time, I watched the six principal characters from this strange Filipino love story I’ve been creating actually come together and move on a screen.
That feels like a pretty good Monday.
