- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (3:21 pm)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today got off to a very late start. I didn’t get out of bed until around 2:00 in the afternoon, which ordinarily might feel like I’d wasted half the day, but right now there’s actually a benefit to spending extra time lying down: it keeps the pressure off my sore. It also gives me an excuse to watch some Netflix and movies, something I somehow never seem to make enough time for when I’m up and bouncing between a dozen different projects. So maybe a late start doesn’t necessarily mean a wasted start.
Once I got moving, I spent some time with my Universal Planner and my whole “Already Becoming” approach to getting fit. I weighed myself, recorded the number, and continued trying to reinforce the idea that I don’t need to make up for yesterday or start over every time life gets messy. I just continue becoming. I also spent some time talking to the Universe using Terje’s Script—the ongoing practice of saying hello, being honest about how I’m feeling, asking for what I want, releasing it, and then paying attention to whatever interesting little things happen afterward.
Food and health were on my mind too. I watched another SpudFit video, this one following Andrew Taylor to the Sydney Cruelty Free Festival. I found his approach interesting: eat potatoes when you’re hungry, eat until you’re satisfied, and don’t turn the whole thing into another complicated exercise in calorie counting and restriction. I was also thinking about some TVP I have and realized I could make a pretty decent spaghetti “meat” sauce out of it. Rehydrate it, season it well, brown it a little, throw in tomato sauce, onions and garlic, and suddenly I’ve got another easy plant-based meal.
There was also some lousy local news: somebody apparently set fire to the Walmart again. From what I heard, there is extensive smoke damage, which could mean a lengthy closure and an enormous amount of merchandise having to be replaced. I wondered whether the fire might have been deliberately set as a distraction for theft, although at this point that’s only my speculation. Whatever happened, it’s an awful mess.
Then came one of the more amusing little sequences of the day. I wanted to get something sweet to have with my coffee and also wanted to buy my lottery tickets for the coming week. One idea led to another—Thrifty Foods, Petro-Canada, Ryan Road—and somehow, while travelling through the Comox Valley, Quality Foods in Comox popped into my head. Why not go there? I could get something for my coffee and probably buy the lottery tickets at the same place.
So that’s exactly what I did.
I bought a package of tea buns and then went fairly spectacularly overboard on the lottery front: Lotto Max, Daily Grand, BC 50/50, Lotto 6/49, BC/49, Blackjack Scratch & Win and Gold Rush Scratch & Win. There are some unusually large draws coming up, so I figured this was the week to have a little fun with it.
What made the whole thing amusing was the route that brought me there. I hadn’t originally intended to buy the tickets at Quality Foods at all. It was one changing thought after another that eventually put me in that particular store buying those particular tickets. If one of them turns out to be a huge winner, I’m going to have one hell of a “bridge of incidents” story to tell. For now, of course, they’re just lottery tickets. But they’re lottery tickets with a story already attached to them.
Eventually I landed at McDonald’s with my tea buns, coffee, tablet and lottery tickets. I even redeemed one of my McDonald’s Monopoly rewards and got myself a free small Coke Zero. Then, rather appropriately, I sat there watching YouTube videos about people winning the lottery while my own tickets sat nearby waiting for their respective draws.

And because apparently the Universe has a sense of humour, I scratched my little $1 Gold Rush ticket.
Winner.
Not the retirement-level manifestation just yet, mind you. I matched three $2 amounts and won two bucks. 😂 But a win is a win. My $1 ticket became $2, which means the great Quality Foods lottery adventure is officially batting above zero.
Meanwhile, my Sunday YouTube upload—the long video of the tree changing colour—went live at 5:45 p.m., so another little creative project made its way out into the world today too.
Looking back, this was actually a rather pleasant Sunday despite getting such a late start. I worked on my planner, thought about my health, watched some interesting videos, thought about my novel and its future readers, got out into the Comox Valley, bought tea buns, took a picture of a tiny plant growing through the rocks, collected a ridiculous assortment of lottery tickets, got a free Coke Zero, won two dollars on a scratch ticket, and eventually settled into my familiar McDonald’s workspace with coffee and my tablet.
Nothing earth-shattering happened today.
Unless, of course, one of those Quality Foods tickets wins.
In which case I may someday come back and read this entry and think:
Ohhhh. So THAT was what all those little detours were about. 🍀
