Daily Notes
I weighed in at 303.2 pounds — 58.7 pounds gone since I began this journey. That number isn’t just data anymore. It’s a small act of rebellion against the old me, the one who doubted it could ever really happen. Each day I write it down, not just as proof, but as a kind of prayer: evidence that change is possible, even if slow. I took my vitamins — the full lineup — and reminded myself that this discipline, this rhythm, is how I prove to the universe that I’m serious about transformation.

I created a long video of the hens for my YouTube channel. The hens aren’t just hens. They’re symbols. They represent companionship, new beginnings, and the idea that even loneliness can find redemption.
By late afternoon, I shifted into work mode. At 5 p.m., I uploaded a new short for the diet plan funnel. This one was different — less gimmick, more heart. I showed old photos of me. I told the story of how I’d struggled — losing weight, gaining it back, trying everything — until finally, with AI’s help, I figured out how to lose 75+ pounds. I said I deserved a pat on the back, and if anyone agreed, they could tap the like button. I meant it half as a joke, half as a plea for recognition.
Five hours later, it had 18 views. That familiar ache hit again — the silent thud of effort landing in an empty room. I told myself not to take it personally, but of course I did. I always do.
At 5:45, the long video went live — the one about the hens. That one barely cracked three views. The irony isn’t lost on me: I’m out here creating stories about rebirth, hope, and unseen miracles, while my videos barely reach a handful of eyes. Still, I can’t stop. These videos are more than content — they’re my way of talking to life itself.
After dinner, the quiet turned heavy. I got in the car and ended up at Tim Hortons. It’s strange how comforting fluorescent lights can feel at 10 p.m. when the rest of the world’s asleep. I realized it’s been nearly three weeks since I’ve properly followed my diet. I’ve tried, but I keep slipping.
I’ve been chasing so many things — weight loss, creative success, spiritual clarity — and lately it all feels just out of reach. I know I’ve made progress, but there’s a hollowness underneath it sometimes. Maybe it’s the quiet. Maybe it’s that after all the uploads and all the rituals.
Still, I’m not giving up. I wrote down two goals tonight — the two pillars that will anchor me moving forward. First: get to 199 pounds, my ideal weight. It’s not just about the number; it’s about finishing something I started. I’ll modify the spreadsheet when I get home to track it properly. The second: create a structured system for “living in the end.” I’ll refine the nighttime subliminals and dream tapes and develop new daytime rituals — micro reminders to live from the place I want to arrive. If this manifestation work really can shape reality, I owe it to myself to give it structure.
Somewhere between the coffee and the drive home, my focus shifted to something entirely different: Bring Tim Hortons Home. I posted my customer-first pledge tonight — fair prices, better ingredients, investment in staff, and real community sponsorships. I even generated a photo to match: a coffee cup on a wooden table, bathed in natural light, with a subtle maple leaf in the background. No text, just essence. Something timeless and Canadian, like a quiet prayer for fairness.
As the night deepened, my mind returned to Neville Goddard and all these so-called universal teachers — Neville, Lester Levinson, Abraham Hicks. I wondered how much of what they said was literal truth and how much was metaphor. Maybe they weren’t lying — maybe they were just describing the world through their mystical eyes, the way a poet tries to describe a sunset. But there’s a danger in taking every word as fact. I’ve realized that their teachings might not be promises; they’re invitations to see life differently.
The difference between me and them is that they sound so sure. Neville spoke of imagination as the creator, as if the mind itself was God. I want to believe him. I still do. But I’ve learned that belief is fragile — it flickers in the wind of disappointment. Still, something in me refuses to let go.
So that’s where I am on this October night — somewhere between hope and surrender. My YouTube stats might be low, my energy thin, but I’m still here. Still asking. Still creating. Still listening for whatever whisper tomorrow might bring.
