    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today felt like one of those quiet but meaningful days where a lot of internal sorting happened. The morning started with taking to the Universe. The weather was overcast, but I reminded myself that at least it wasn’t snowing and that there is always something to be grateful for. My thoughts drifted into some deep places, reflecting on the regrets I’ve carried for years and the life I imagined I would have versus the one I actually ended up living. There was sadness there, but also a sincere desire to find peace, appreciate what I do have, and believe that perhaps another meaningful chapter could still lie ahead.

As the day unfolded, my attention shifted to something much more practical: refining what is rapidly becoming my own personal AI Diet. Interestingly, the more I think about it, the simpler I want it to become. The core idea that keeps resonating with me is maintaining a consistent eating window from 4:00 p.m. until midnight every single day and eliminating the need for constant decisions and negotiations with myself. Instead of chasing the perfect diet, I’m trying to build one that I could genuinely follow for years.

One realization that struck me today was that the wraps themselves aren’t really the point. They simply make eating enjoyable and sustainable. From there, I started expanding the concept to include other simple meal options: steak and salad, chicken and salad, fish and salad, or simply potatoes and vegetables with low-calorie condiments. The emphasis is gradually shifting away from strict rules and toward having a handful of satisfying, uncomplicated meals that fit naturally within the eating window.

The discussion about water intake was equally interesting. I’ve been attracted to the idea of drinking a full gallon every day, partly because it genuinely seems to reduce my appetite, but I also acknowledged the downside of constantly searching for a bathroom. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that there probably isn’t anything magical about a gallon itself. If water helps me stay comfortably full and makes the diet easier to follow, then it’s serving a useful purpose, but there may not be much additional benefit beyond simply staying well hydrated. It’s another reminder that sustainability matters more than arbitrary numbers.

2026-06-15 - Stevia Ketchup

One unexpected little adventure involved wandering around the Real Canadian Superstore, reading condiment labels like a detective on a mission. I found stevia-sweetened ketchup options (see photo to the left), compared ingredient lists, examined barbecue sauces, dismissed Miracle Whip as inconsistent with the principles I’m trying to follow, and started mentally building a personal list of “AI Diet Approved” condiments centered around mustard, salsa, vinegar, hot sauce, and simple tomato-based products. It’s funny how even something as small as ketchup can become part of a much larger philosophy of simplifying life.

The emotional highlight of the day came from the Coffee Club messages. One match, currently traveling through Mongolia, sent a warm, playful, enthusiastic note mentioning she could even teach me how to fold a fitted sheet and expressing genuine curiosity about my seventy-five seed project ideas. It felt light, kind, and sincere, and I found myself smiling while reading it. At the same time, I reflected on Miranda’s earlier message explaining that life was particularly busy and that she’d reconnect when things settled down. Rather than overthinking or chasing, I decided that patience and allowing people the space they ask for is probably the wisest path.

Looking back on the day as a whole, there wasn’t one dramatic breakthrough or earth-shattering event. Instead, there was a quiet sense of slowly becoming. Little refinements to a diet. Little adjustments in perspective. Little moments of hope. A growing realization that perhaps happiness isn’t found by constructing the perfect plan, but by creating a life simple enough and gentle enough that it naturally becomes sustainable. Somewhere in all of this, I still find myself quietly hoping for one of those little winks from the Universe—a coin, an unexpected smile, or a surprising encounter—but perhaps today’s real wink was simply the realization that meaningful change is often built from countless small decisions, patiently repeated over time.
