- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today was a mix of planning, reflecting, and continuing to build systems that I hope will help me move toward the future I’m trying to create.
The day began with my usual conversation with the Universe. As I sat waiting for my daughter, I found myself once again looking for a few winks and signs along the way. I thanked the Universe for everything I already have, whether I receive the blessings I hope for or not, I’m going to keep moving forward. My focus remains the same: one step at a time, one day at a time, continuing toward my goal weight and the life I want to create.
A good portion of the day was spent working on what is becoming my personal operating system. What started as a simple spreadsheet has evolved into something much bigger. I spent time thinking about goals, milestones, activity logs, dashboards, health indicators, win logs, weekly reviews, and even a 30-year destiny tracker. The idea is no longer just to track tasks, but to capture the story of becoming. I want a system that remembers not only when something was completed, but also how it was completed, step by step, over time.

I also spent time experimenting with my “Universal Planner”, and WordPress and Google Sheets integration (see photo to the right). It was encouraging to discover that I can embed a spreadsheet directly into a webpage and even protect pages with passwords if I choose. There were some frustrations with formatting, scroll bars, and display issues, but overall it feels like progress. Every time I solve one of these little technical puzzles, I move one step closer to having a living online dashboard for my goals and projects.
The stock market continued to provide plenty to think about. I reviewed my Fidelity accounts, examined recent purchases and limit orders, and reflected on the decision I made back in April to move significant amounts of money to cash. At first I worried that I had made a terrible mistake by selling some positions, but after looking at the numbers more carefully, the missed opportunity wasn’t nearly as large as I had feared. More importantly, I reminded myself that the cash isn’t sitting idle. It is being redeployed into new opportunities through a series of carefully placed limit orders designed to take advantage of market weakness.
One stock that caught my attention today was Planet Labs. After watching a discussion about the recent pullback in the stock, I spent some time considering whether it might deserve a place among my more speculative growth positions. The idea of a company that images the Earth daily and sells that data to governments, defense contractors, and commercial customers is intriguing. I don’t know whether it will become a major winner, but it’s certainly one I’ll continue watching.
Perhaps the most practical accomplishment of the day involved food. I’ve been thinking about how to create a simple, sustainable eating plan that supports my weight-loss goals while remaining affordable and satisfying. Out of that thinking came the idea for an AI Diet Ultimate Weight-Loss Bean Soup. The recipe combines soaked beans, carrots, onions, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, cauliflower rice, corn, tomato products, bouillon, and optional egg whites. The goal is simple: maximum fullness for minimum calories. If it works as well as I hope, it could become a staple meal for the months ahead.
As the day comes to a close, I find myself returning to a familiar thought. The future remains uncertain. I don’t know what opportunities will appear. I don’t know what surprises the Universe may have in store. I don’t know whether my plans will unfold exactly as I imagine them. But I do know that today I moved forward. I worked on my health. I worked on my systems. I worked on my finances. I worked on my future. And perhaps that’s enough. One step at a time is still progress, and for now, that’s the journey I’m choosing to enjoy.
