- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (11:01 am!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
I took my daughter to have her braces removed, dropped her at school, and stopped at Tim Hortons for coffee, a bagel, and a donut. By 11:01, I was home and tired enough to consider another nap. I was still thinking about my one-dollar Lotto Max win and hoping for something more substantial.
The afternoon brought a disappointment. Amy canceled our appointment because she had a worsening head cold. I understood and sent her a friendly message about rescheduling, but I had really been looking forward to talking with her about my life, my plans, and the future. Her cancellation brought home how much those conversations mean to me—and how few things I currently look forward to. I felt down and frustrated, then turned toward music and conversation to help get through the mood.
A substantial part of today’s conversation revolved around The AI Diet. Earlier versions helped me lose weight, but I’ve been thinking more honestly about what happened afterward. Returning to everyday eating was the difficult part. Perhaps excluding foods I enjoyed helped create a plan I could follow temporarily but struggled to sustain.
That became the starting point for v1.05. I want to keep the simplicity of the earlier versions while developing meals I actually enjoy and can fit into regular life. We don’t need to invent an entire cookbook immediately. We can begin with one or two recipes, experiment, and build from experience.
Chili feels like a promising first recipe. I especially like the idea of making one batch and eating it several ways: on its own, over a potato, with rice, or inside a wrap. Frozen onions and peppers would simplify preparation, and I already have frozen cauliflower rice that we could try adding. I have an Instant Pot and several kinds of dried beans, although the easiest initial recipe uses canned beans. Hot sauce can go on afterward, according to taste.
We also explored wraps with egg whites, Kraft Dinner cheese powder, and vegetables; sweet potato desserts for the Ninja Creami; and bean-based cookies inspired by Epic Mint Leaves. These are ideas to test, rather than finished recipes. Enjoyment, convenience, and satisfaction will matter alongside calories.

Another useful idea emerged: keep a daily development diary for 90 days. I can record meals, ingredients, recipe experiments, hunger, mood, movement, and whatever makes the process easier or harder. Those notes can become raw material for v1.05, including the experiments that don’t work. We created a reusable end-of-day prompt and used it to produce the first entry. A possible name for the new version is “The AI Diet v1.05: Made for Real Life.”
During my outings, I picked up lottery tickets at the gas station across from McDonald’s on Guthrie. I also stopped off at Quesada on Cliffe Avenue for the first time ever this evening (see photo to the right), then went to Costco, where I examined a salsa as a possible addition to my meals. Later, I settled in at McDonald’s with fries and ketchup and opened “The Magic” on my Kindle.
I first read “The Magic” about three years ago, near the beginning of this journey. Returning to it, I was struck by how prominently gratitude appears right at the start. I wondered whether I had drifted away from that practice and whether returning to it might help me feel more connected and less lonely.
The Daily Grand ticket didn’t win anything. That was disappointing, but it also left me thinking about what I want gratitude to mean in my life. I want to appreciate what is here while remaining honest about what hurts and what I still hope to change.
Today held loneliness, practical errands, creative conversations, and the beginnings of a different approach to food. Developing v1.05 gave me something concrete to work on: a way to learn from my own days and gradually build habits that fit the life I’m actually living.
