- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today began the way many of my days do—sitting in the car, talking to the Universe. It was 8:49 a.m., just turning 8:50, and I found myself in a reflective mood. My thoughts drifted back to some of the stocks I had sold too early. Looking at the numbers, I could have made lots of money over the last month if I had simply held on a little longer. It’s funny how the mind works. Even when you have enough, it still likes to revisit the opportunities that slipped away. I thanked the Universe for everything I already have, while also admitting that I still wonder about the paths I didn’t take. Maybe if I had made that extra money, I’d be booking a flight to the Philippines. Maybe not. The truth is, I don’t know. I asked for a few winks today, a little encouragement, maybe even a toonie somewhere along the way, and then headed off into the day.
A good portion of my morning was spent looking at my investment accounts and trying to make sense of the next phase of my strategy. After reviewing both my Roth IRA and my Rollover IRA, it became clear that I still have a tremendous amount of cash sitting on the sidelines. My goal remains the same: I would like to be fully invested by November 4, 2026. That led me to review dozens of existing limit orders and create new ones. I added substantial positions in Google, Amazon, Broadcom, CrowdStrike, Rocket Lab, Cloudflare, and Palantir. Rather than chasing stocks higher, I set limit orders at prices that would allow me to buy on pullbacks while still moving steadily toward becoming fully invested.
I spent quite a bit of time thinking about Tesla as well. My belief remains that Tesla and SpaceX are becoming increasingly intertwined in the public imagination and that Tesla could benefit tremendously from that association in the years ahead. After reviewing my existing orders, however, I realized that I already have more than $20,000 worth of Tesla orders sitting in the market. Rather than adding more, I decided that I am probably covered for now and that my money may be better allocated elsewhere.
Throughout the day I also explored a number of companies and investment ideas. We discussed Corning and its role in supplying fiber and optics for AI data centers. We talked about GE Vernova and the growing demand for power generation as artificial intelligence expands. We looked at Palantir and whether it might pull back to more attractive prices. We examined several smaller speculative companies, including LAW, BBAI, HSAI, and CLBT, ranking them according to their long-term potential. Some looked promising. Others looked like the latest version of a story I’ve seen many times before.
That theme carried over into a video I watched about a so-called digital side hustle for people over fifty. The presenter claimed extraordinary income figures from a Master Resell Rights program. The more I listened, the more it sounded like another variation of an old idea: buy a course, then make money by selling the same course to someone else. It reminded me that the internet never seems to run out of new ways to package old dreams. The names change. The marketing changes. But the promise is often the same. Watching it made me appreciate the fact that I already have real projects, real stories, and real experiences that I can build upon instead of trying to sell someone else’s dream.

Later in the day, I turned my attention to my creative work. I reviewed my narration for the Rocky video and worked on converting it into a YouTube Short. Rewatching Rocky left an impression on me. Most people remember the fight, the music, and the victory. What stayed with me was the distance between where Rocky started and where he ended up. He wasn’t the strongest, the smartest, or the favorite. He simply kept showing up. Again and again and again. The older I get, the more I think that’s how real life works. Not through giant transformations, but through small steps repeated over time.
This evening I went to McDonalds for a coffee, and decided to walk the “block” past Dollarama and Thrifty Foods to get a bit of exercise (see photo to the left).
As the day comes to a close, I find myself returning to the same thought that was with me this morning. Life rarely unfolds exactly the way I expect. Stocks don’t always cooperate. Dreams arrive on their own schedule. Opportunities appear and disappear. Yet somehow the journey continues. Maybe that’s the lesson Rocky was trying to teach all along. Keep showing up. Take the next step. Trust that the road ahead will reveal itself when the time comes.
And if I happen to find a toonie tomorrow, I certainly won’t complain.
