Day #0987 – (Mon., May 11, 2026) – (ChatGPT #0373 – Egg Whites & Veggies!) (-11.3 lbs.)

And we are off! Another work week has begun! As usual, to kick things off, here is item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ✅).

2026-04-18 - Weight Loss Results

Remember, losing weight means:

  • No more joint pain.
  • Easier to get up/down stairs.
  • New clothes.
  • Socialize more.
  • Travel more.

So, keep motivated! Here goes:

Morning

  • #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
    • (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”!  THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
  • #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 347.2 lbs. = 14.7 lbs. total weight loss.)
  • ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
  • ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (None!)
  • ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (11:01 am)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU”!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

Afternoon

  • ✅ #06: 🥋 Complete Shaolin.Online!
    • I commit to daily practice—body and mind.
    • I eat with awareness and stop when satisfied.
    • I move my body every day, even briefly.
    • I return to the present moment whenever I notice I’ve drifted.
    • I do not chase perfection—I practice consistency.
    • I finish this course.
  • ✅ #07: 📺 Watch & Take Notes for the Original Kung Fu TV Series! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
  • ✅ #08: 🏋️ MAX OUT on “Chin Ups”! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
  • ✅ #09: 🧘 Embody Stillness + Presence (The Quiet Path)
    • (This is NOT about changing my life… this is about changing HOW I move through it.)
    • Move slowly and deliberately for 2–5 minutes (like a calm martial arts form — no rush, no goal)
    • Sit with one coffee or meal with ZERO distraction (no phone, no thinking ahead — just notice)
    • When a “past path” thought appears → replace with: “That quality is still available now”
    • Choose ONE anchor:
      • walk slower for 2 minutes
      • pause before responding
      • sit still for 3 minutes
  • 👉 Goal: Slow down + Notice + Don’t force

Night

  • ✅ #10: 🗣️ DID YOU SAY/FEEL 100 TIMES? (while driving, etc.) – “Thank you! I’m really grateful… I’m aligned with my higher self, and it’s already done.
  • ✅ #11: 🥔 Eat “Forever Plate” Meals (& expanding to “The AI Diet v1.1.2”)! – “Day #1 – Egg Whites & Veggies”!

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today felt like one of those strange “between worlds” days where ordinary life and deeper questions kept overlapping each other from morning until night.

The day started with coffee, an egg white and veggie bowl, and something I’ve never really done before in quite this way. Inspired by Terje’s “7 Scripts,” I sat down and had a long, honest out-loud conversation with the Universe. Not a polished meditation. Not affirmations. Just me talking openly about my life, my hopes, my exhaustion, my gratitude, and my confusion. I thanked the Universe for my health, for still being alive, for my kids, for financial security, and for another day. I admitted that I feel tired of life sometimes, not in a dangerous way, but in the sense of feeling worn out by the whole human experience.

After taking my daughter to school I headed over to McDonald’s for a black coffee. Sitting there in the sunlight with McHappy Day cups all around me, I realized how much of my life philosophy seems to happen inside coffee shops. Nothing glamorous. Just me quietly thinking, observing, reflecting, and trying to make sense of things. I took a picture because the whole moment somehow felt symbolic of my life right now: alone, reflective, but still moving forward.

On the way from McDonald’s to Tim Hortons I noticed a little object lying in the dirt beside the sidewalk, then later another small blue object near the Tim Hortons entrance. Because of the earlier conversation I had with the Universe, they felt like little “winks” to me. Not necessarily proof of anything supernatural, but reminders that life feels more alive when I’m actually paying attention instead of drifting through the day on autopilot.

2026-05-11 - Doom Patrol

Inside Tim Hortons I spent part of the afternoon watching “Doom Patrol” (see photo to the right). It struck me how much that show lines up with things I think about constantly: damaged people trying to find meaning, identity, connection, and purpose while carrying around exhaustion and emotional baggage. Sitting there with coffee and sunlight pouring through the windows while watching Doom Patrol honestly felt strangely cinematic, like the entire day had this quiet “observer of life” atmosphere to it.

Throughout the day I also spent a lot of time thinking about organizations, purpose, and community. We talked about things like the Freemasons, Rotary, Lions Club, and church organizations. But the idea that hit me the hardest was the possibility that my true “organization” may actually become the orbit forming around my own projects someday, and maybe eventually some kind of community or charity work. That thought stayed with me all day.

I also revisited an old spreadsheet system I used years ago to track goals and progress. Looking at it made me realize that I naturally think in systems, timelines, and long arcs of becoming. We talked about creating some kind of “Becoming Dashboard” for my life — not just a productivity spreadsheet, but a living map of who I’m becoming over the next 10, 20, or 30 years. Health goals, creative goals, financial goals, spiritual goals, relationship hopes, legacy plans — all connected together instead of floating around randomly in my head. At first it felt overwhelming, but then I realized I don’t need to build the entire cathedral in one day. I just need to lay the first stone.

Later on I got pulled back into investing discussions. I reviewed my ROTH and rollover IRA positions, thought about placing additional limit orders, and watched a video from the YouTube channel “Ticker Symbol: YOU” about AI infrastructure stocks and preparing calmly for future market volatility. We talked about companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, and speculative plays like IonQ. What I kept coming back to was the importance of patience and emotional control: placing calm limit orders instead of chasing hype.

Somewhere along the way I also found myself thinking about Paul McCartney and why he still works so hard at his age. The conclusion I kept landing on was that certain people never really “retire” internally because creativity, meaning, and becoming are tied directly into their sense of being alive. Oddly enough, I realized there are parts of myself that relate to that idea very strongly.

By evening I ended up back at McDonald’s once again with another black coffee. Funny how these ordinary little places have become anchor points in my life. Coffee shops, public spaces, sunlight through windows, people moving around me while I quietly think about purpose, soulmates, the future, investing, health, legacy, and what it all means.

And maybe that was the real theme of today.

Not having life solved.

But still showing up for it anyway.
