It’s Thursday, and there’s a quiet sense of momentum building again.

Not the loud, dramatic kind—the kind that creeps in through consistency. Through showing up. Through doing the same simple things again, but this time with a little more awareness.

This whole process—losing weight, getting stronger, becoming more aligned—it’s not really about the number on the scale. It’s about what that number represents. No more joint pain. Easier movement. Walking up stairs without thinking about it. New clothes. Getting out more. Traveling more. Just… more life.

2026-04-23 - McD Coffee & Mo

This morning I was at McDonalds, nursing a black coffee and watching a video featuring Mo Gawdat (see photo to the left).

I checked in again with Maggie’s manifestation teaching—the idea of the optimal state:

“I am 100% okay with not getting this thing… but I know I will get it.”

There’s something powerful about that. It removes the desperation. It takes the pressure off. And at the same time, it strengthens certainty. It’s a strange combination—letting go while holding steady—and I can feel it working on me.

Last night’s dream—“The One Who Was Invited”—is still sitting with me. That feeling of already belonging. Already being expected. Already being recognized. Not needing to prove anything. Just… showing up where I’m already meant to be. That one’s going to stay with me for a while.

I also went through today’s Manifesting Mastery lessons—7a and 7b—and something clicked a bit deeper. The idea that the universe is responding to my state. That triggers aren’t problems—they’re signals. Moments where I’ve temporarily accepted something outside of the version of me I’ve chosen to be.

And the shift isn’t about eliminating those moments.

It’s about noticing them faster… and letting them go quicker.

Not getting pulled into other people’s reactions. Not trying to fix everything. Not spiraling into imagined outcomes. Just returning—again and again—to the state I’ve chosen.

Food today was simple. The “Forever Plate.” No decisions. No overthinking. Just consistency. There’s something freeing about that—removing choice where it doesn’t need to exist.

There’s still a long list of things I could do—chin-ups, Kung Fu episodes, Shaolin training, organizing the barn suite, building the music studio—but I’m starting to see that the list isn’t the point.

The point is how I move through the day.

Slower. More deliberate. Less reactive.

I took a few moments today just to sit—coffee in hand, no distractions. Not thinking ahead. Not replaying anything. Just noticing. Breathing. Being there.

It’s a small thing.

But it feels like a big shift.

Because this isn’t about changing my life overnight.

It’s about changing how I move through it—right now.

And today, that felt different.

And that’s enough.
