Today, in the morning, the focus was on manifestation, on Neville Goddard, on the idea of saying something in past tense—giving thanks as if it’s already done. There was some back and forth about the wording. “Universe…” then “Higher self…” then refining it further until it landed on something that felt right: “Thank you! I’m really grateful… I’m aligned with my higher self, and it’s already done.” Not just words, but something to say, feel, and repeat—maybe even 100 times throughout the day.

In the kitchen this afternoon, oats, nuts, raisins, seeds—all mixed together into something simple and intentional. No packaging, no drive-thru dependency. Just food that made sense. It went into the air fryer, came out solid, cut into pieces, and packed into a ziplock bag. Ready to go.

2026-04-19 - The Non-Coin

From there, the same old environment—McDonald’s—but a different approach. Black coffee. Homemade food. Sitting in the same place, but not doing the same thing. That shift, quiet as it was, felt important.

On the way, there was a stop outside a Barburrito location that’s about to open. Just checking the sign on the door. That’s when something on the ground caught my eye—a small, round, reflective metal piece (see photo to the right). For a second, it looked like a coin. And that stood out, because earlier in the day, there had been that thought about “winks”—coins, free coffee, little signs. But it wasn’t a coin. Just something that looked like one. Still, it was noticed.

Inside, coffee in hand, Prime Video opened up. First screen—“Stand by Me,” “Total Recall,” “Apocalypse Now.” Then another scroll—“E.T.,” “Willy Wonka,” “The Natural.” Then another—“Close Encounters,” “Inception,” “The Terminator.” The tone kept shifting, but really, it was just a reflection of where attention was landing. Nothing guiding it. Just choice.

And then something more grounded.

The subscriber dashboard.

No interpretation needed. No symbolism. Just results.

Looking back, the day had a clear flow. Start with intention. Refine the message. Create something. Prepare ahead. Act differently in a familiar place. Notice small things without forcing meaning onto them. And then, at the end, see real, measurable progress.

Not because of signs.

But because of what was actually done.
