Day #0964 – (Sat., Apr. 18, 2026) – (ChatGPT #0350 – Not Overwhelmed!) (-3.1 lbs.)

On this weekend day, coming your way, without delay, item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ✅).

Let’s try to focus on losing weight via “The AI Diet v2.0” and a few items and Remember to NOT GET OVERWHELMED! I CAN DO THIS! From May 21, 2025 to August 9, 2025 (80 DAYS!) , I went from 340.6 lbs to 290.3 lbs, losing a total of 50.3 lbs , which averages out to about 0.63 pounds per day . Here goes:

  • #01: Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption) (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”!  THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)

2026-04-18 - Weight Loss Results

Today marks Day #0002 of getting back into alignment with what I know works. The focus is simple: The AI Diet v2.0, a few key habits, and above all else… remember to NOT GET OVERWHELMED. I CAN DO THIS! (see photo to the right)! I’ve already proven it once. From May 21, 2025 to August 9, 2025—just 80 days—I went from 340.6 lbs to 290.3 lbs, losing a total of 50.3 lbs, which works out to about 0.63 pounds per day. That’s not theory. That’s real. And today is about stepping back into that version of myself.

I started the day grounded in the right mindset, revisiting Maggie’s manifestation principle—the idea that the optimal state is being completely okay with not getting what you want, while still knowing that you will. That calm certainty. That’s the state. I weighed in and logged progress, bringing the total loss from my current starting point to 8.9 pounds. Not huge yet—but movement. Direction. Proof.

There were no Nighttime Whispers to record this morning, but the deeper reflection came from Mr. 2020’s Lesson #2: Find Your Way Home Through Listening. That one landed. The idea that we’re constantly hearing two things—the outer noise and the inner signal—and that most of life is just choosing which one to follow. It tied in perfectly with everything else I experienced today.

Because today wasn’t just about checklists—it was about moments.

I saw one of those small neighborhood library boxes while driving. Just sitting there quietly, full of books, waiting. Take one, leave one. And it hit me… maybe that’s what Becoming really is. Not forcing change. Not fixing yourself. Just slowly taking in what fits who you’re becoming, and letting go of what doesn’t. One piece at a time.

Later, I found myself sitting in McDonald’s with a black coffee. No cream. No sugar. Just coffee. And I realized something—this used to not be enough. I used to need more. More flavor, more sweetness, more something. And now… it’s enough. Not because the coffee changed—but because I did.

And then there was the contrast. Sitting there quietly, and up pops a YouTube video: “The Iran War Will Make Millionaires (Here’s How).” Loud. Urgent. Pulling for attention. And it made me pause. It’s amazing how loud the world gets when you’re just trying to sit still. Fear, opportunity, urgency… all competing for focus. And yet, right there in that moment, there was nothing urgent at all. Just a coffee… a chair… and a choice. What do I give my attention to?

That carried into the rest of the day.

Food-wise, I stayed structured and consistent. Meals built around tofu, vegetables, potatoes, and simple add-ons like apples and bread. Nothing extreme. Nothing fancy. Just repeatable, controlled eating. Total intake came in around 1,910 calories, with 2 cups of water and 1 coffee. Solid. Not perfect—but solid.

I also kept moving forward on the physical side with calf raises, and stayed committed to the idea of repetition over intensity. Same goes for the mental reps—saying my manifestation in the past tense, reinforcing that identity over and over again.

Even the small wins counted today. I took out the garbage. Cleaned up a bit. Started working on tomorrow’s long YouTube video. Nothing dramatic—but forward motion.

And maybe that’s the real theme of today.

Not everything needs to be big.

Not everything needs to be solved.

Not everything needs to be figured out.

Sometimes it’s just:

  • noticing what you’re taking in
  • letting go of what doesn’t serve you
  • and choosing, moment by moment, to come back to center

To find your way home.

Today I didn’t try to do everything.

I just… didn’t quit.

And that’s enough.
