Let’s try to focus on losing weight via “The AI Diet v2.0” and a few items and remember to NOT GET OVERWHELMED! I CAN DO THIS! From May 21, 2025 to August 9, 2025 (80 DAYS!) , I went from 340.6 lbs to 290.3 lbs, losing a total of 50.3 lbs , which averages out to about 0.63 pounds per day . Here goes:

2026-04-16 - The AI Diet Plan v2.0

Today is officially the start of what I’m calling The AI Diet v2.0 (see photo to the right).

Not version one, which worked—but maybe wasn’t built to last. This one feels different. Less about intensity, more about sustainability. Less about pushing through, more about building something I can actually live inside of. The goal is clear: 199.99 pounds. But the path there isn’t about rushing—it’s about consistency.

And I proved to myself today that consistency isn’t about being perfect from the first meal. It’s about what happens next.

In between all of that, my mind drifted—as it often does—to bigger things. The stock market, for one. It’s been holding up, maybe even looking strong on the surface. But I can’t shake the feeling that something’s coming. Within the next 30 days, it feels like there could be a major sell-off. Maybe I’m wrong. Probably I don’t have the edge to predict something like that with any real certainty. But the feeling is there, and it’s hard to ignore—especially after moving a large portion of money to cash. There’s a part of me that wants to be right about it. To feel like I saw something coming.

At the same time, I’ve been working on the newsletter, and the numbers are… interesting. Open rates are strong—really strong, actually. Around 60%. People are opening it. That means something. But the clicks? Zero. Across the board. And that tells a different story. It’s not that people aren’t interested—it’s that I’m not giving them anything to do. No next step. No action. Just information.

That realization hit in a similar way to the diet shift. It’s not about doing more—it’s about structuring things better. Giving people a reason to engage. Creating a path instead of just presenting a page.

And somewhere in the middle of all this, I stepped into something new: Manifesting Mastery Deluxe. Setting up a profile, even creating an image to represent it—something Canadian, grounded, outdoorsy. No fluff. Just something that feels like me. Maple leaf, woodsy tones, the word “Manifesting.” It’s interesting how even something as simple as a profile picture can feel like a statement of identity.

By the end of the day, something shifted.

There’s a clearer line now between the old pattern and the new one. A recognition of what needs to happen next—not in theory, but in practice. Tomorrow isn’t about starting over. It’s about continuing… but differently.

Not the first perfect day.

But the last unclear one.
