I went to Starbucks near Thrifty’s on Lerwick Road this afternoon for my Daniel Day-Lewis “work” (see photo to the right). While there, I was listening to Maggie Murphy, the Neville Goddess. Here are the notes I took on today’s video:

Relax your grip on worldly pursuits. So much of what we chase — success, validation, relationship outcomes — is rooted in old programming we’ve never questioned. It’s time to let that go.


Using ChatGPT as a Tool for Deprogramming:

  • ChatGPT costs $20 a month, and it’s one of the most powerful tools for questioning limiting beliefs — especially the ones that make you feel:
    • Lesser than
    • Incompetent
    • Depressed
    • Dissatisfied with how life or relationships “should” unfold
  • If you have an uncomfortable interaction with someone, don’t sugarcoat it — unload every detail. The more you give, the more insight it can offer. It often helps draw connections to past patterns you’re unconsciously repeating.
  • Even when you’re busy and the mind drifts back to something painful — ChatGPT can help you deconstruct it.
  • This is a tool for people who aren’t afraid of what they might find out about themselves. If you’re interested in growth, it’s available to you.

Letting Go of Society’s Programming:

  • Many of us were taught that everyone else must come before us.
  • The result? Irritation, guilt, and traffic-like friction in daily life.
  • But the truth is: you are responsible for your own experience.

Her Core Message:

“The message I’ve been trying to share for months is simple:
You need to get in touch with your authentic self.”

  • Find the programming.
  • Let it go.
  • Stop living someone else’s idea of what your life is supposed to look like.
