Daily Notes

This morning began differently. The air felt heavier, as if the sky itself was holding its breath. I woke up around noon and lay still for a while, just watching the light filter through the window blinds. There was a faint ache inside — the kind that feels like remembering something you can’t fix. My thoughts drifted to the past, to the regrets that seem to replay in slow motion when I’m tired or alone.

But then, somewhere between that ache and the silence, a different realization came. The heaviness was the sign. It was life stirring, shifting, working behind the scenes. Neville would call it the bridge of incidents — consciousness rearranging itself to reflect the new state. What feels like sorrow is often the echo of transformation. It’s the moment right before the wish fulfilled breaks the surface.

I got up and went through my MustDo Daily routine. Stepped on the scale: 301.5 pounds. Sixty point four pounds gone since I began. The number still surprises me, but what’s changing isn’t only my body — it’s my relationship with it. The weigh-in isn’t punishment anymore; it’s conversation. Every glass of water, every scoop of collagen, every vitamin is a word in that conversation — my body listening, my consciousness speaking back.

2025-10-09 - DELL Arrives

I got notice that my new computer had finally been delivered to Best Buy! It’s funny how technology can feel like destiny when it aligns perfectly with your next chapter. I drove into town with quiet excitement — the gray sky, the burnished leaves, the slow hum of autumn settling in. The box waited behind the counter like a sealed future. When the clerk slid it toward me, I felt something shift — a literal tool arriving to serve an invisible purpose. I took photos in the parking lot, of the box in the back of the car (see photo to the right), the trees glowing orange in the distance. It wasn’t just an errand; it felt ceremonial.

Driving back through Comox, I stopped at McDonald’s. I ordered a black coffee, added Splenda, and pulled out my dehydrated oatmeal crisps — a homemade treat from the air fryer. They tasted earthy, sweet, a small reminder that progress doesn’t always need to be complicated. I planned to watch a bit of Peacemaker again, but since HBO Max doesn’t stream here, I settled on Schindler’s List. The weight of that film somehow matched the introspection of the day — loss, redemption, meaning.

Midway through, I needed the washroom, but the McDonald’s bathroom was out of order. So I took a small walk down to Thrifty’s, the air crisp with that early October clarity. On the way, I found myself scanning the ground — half-hopeful, half-amused — searching for a Toonie, a tiny token from the Universe. Nothing. Just the hum of traffic and fallen leaves swirling near the curb. I went inside, used the washroom, and, half out of habit, checked the diaper table — that odd place where life leaves its little leftovers. This time there was no coin, just a folded shopping list: milk, bread, orange juice, cheese. It struck me as strangely profound — the most ordinary kind of abundance. Maybe the message wasn’t about “luck” at all, but about sustenance. That everything I need is already here, written in plain handwriting on a forgotten piece of paper.

Back at McDonald’s, the Universe winked again. On my YouTube feed popped a short featuring Neville Goddard — talking about the Song of Solomon. He spoke about going to bed imagining the wish fulfilled. The timing was uncanny — the algorithm aligning with my inner world. That’s how manifestation often works: a perfectly normal coincidence that lands with sacred precision.

Before bed, I went through my rituals — the martini water, the ring touch, the cufflink adjustment, the calm smirk. I’ll play the Kirk & Evie subliminal through the night and speak my Nighttime Whisper:
