Day #1108 – (Wed., Sep. 9, 2026) – (ChatGPT #0494 – VideoExpress!) (-19.9 lbs.)

It’s the “Middle of the Week”! Up next, item #1 on my “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ✅).

Remember, losing weight means:

  • No more joint pain.
  • Easier to get up/down stairs.
  • New clothes.
  • Socialize more.
  • Travel more.

So, keep motivated! Here goes:

Morning

  • #01: 📌 Work on Universal Planner! (Yep!)
  • ✅ #02: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (Nope!)
  • #03: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 325.0 lbs. = 36.9 lbs. total weight loss.)
  • ✅ #04: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
  • ✅ #05: 📕Read/Craft Ultimate Manifestation Letter: (2:55 pm,
  • ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (2:51 pm!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.
  • ✅ #07: Abraham Hicks “Top 3” Daily Items! (*** NOTES ***) (Nope!)
    • a) Meditate – (20 minutes) – Focus on breathing. Let thoughts come and go.
    • b) Appreciate & Imagine – (5 minutes) – Feel appreciation for what I have, then enjoy imagining what I want.
    • c) Set Intentions – (Throughout the day) – Before each new activity: “How do I want this next part to feel?”

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today was another interesting mixture of ordinary life and creative experimentation. I started with my Universal Planner and weighed myself. I’m at 325.0 pounds, which puts me 36.9 pounds below my highest weight of 361.9. I keep reminding myself why I’m doing this: less joint pain, easier stairs, new clothes, more socializing and more travel.

2026-09-09 - Papa Johns

My diet wasn’t exactly exemplary today, however. The AI Diet was supposed to be on the agenda, along with my gallon of water, but Papa John’s Pizza (see photo to the right) somehow managed to insert itself into the program instead! I did take my vitamins, and I made an attempt at the gallon of water, although I didn’t get there. Sometimes the planner records the ideal day and sometimes it records what actually happened. Today was definitely a little of both.

I also spent some time with my regular spiritual routine. I said Terje’s script over my afternoon coffee at 2:51 p.m. The basic idea remains one I like: talk honestly to the Universe, say thank you, ask for help where I need it, release the need to control exactly how the answer arrives, and then pay attention to whatever little ideas, coincidences, opportunities or “winks” come back. Meditation didn’t happen today, but the conversation with the Universe did.

I watched and listened to some YouTube material as well, including SpudFit and Help By Buzz. SpudFit was talking about the launch of his coaching service and how his work isn’t really just about eating potatoes; the potato challenge is a tool for changing people’s relationship with food and their behavior around it. Buzz was talking about something completely different: practical issues Americans can run into with Social Security addresses and banking if they move to the Philippines. Both subjects happen to connect with things I’ve been thinking about lately, although in very different ways. My planner shows the day’s YouTube work alongside a whole collection of channels I continue to follow.

I also got some actual YouTube work done myself. Wednesday is my optional weight-loss-video day, and I recorded a weight-loss video in my brown T-shirt. I also worked on a YouTube Short connected with my Fantasia video. So today wasn’t just consuming other people’s material—I created some of my own as well.

A big chunk of the day, though, went into my continuing experiments with Evie and AI filmmaking. VideoExpress exaggerated her facial expression in one attempt, which led to another round of prompt adjustments. But eventually I realized the better solution was again the camera. I experimented with fewer face shots as it is not as good as HeyGen in this respect.

It actually taught me something useful about making this movie. A character doesn’t have to stare into the camera in every shot. Real movies use establishing shots, rear views, over-the-shoulder angles, close-ups, walking shots and environmental shots all the time. If I reserve HeyGen or another face-strong tool for the moments when Evie’s face really matters and use VideoExpress for movement and cinematic shots where her face isn’t prominent—or isn’t visible at all—I may get a much better finished film.

Interestingly, another subject came up today that fits rather nicely with all of this: I looked into a writing club that’s starting up again here in the Comox Valley. We even sorted out my confusion about the meeting location because the Bistro normally closes before the writers’ evening meeting. Apparently the group can still use the space after its normal public hours, so it sounds as though I can simply show up at the entrance for the meeting.

That possibility intrigues me. My planner still contains “Work On New Novel!”—develop the plot, flesh out the story, create images and build the project—and suddenly I’m spending hours doing exactly those sorts of things. Maybe showing up at a local writers’ gathering would be another small step in seeing where all of this leads.

Lately, I’ve been doing an awful lot of creating.
