- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (11:58 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today turned into one of those days that seemed ordinary on the surface but actually touched on quite a few parts of my life.
A good chunk of my attention went toward The Next Chapter and mostmeaningfulyears.com. After all the work getting the site and email system functioning, I tested the early-interest signup process and finally got the whole sequence working properly. I entered an email address on the site, received the confirmation email from the domain email, clicked the confirmation button, and was successfully redirected to the new Welcome to The Next Chapter page. It was satisfying to see the entire little system actually work from beginning to end. There is still plenty more I want to do with the site, but I decided it was good enough for now and gave myself permission to come back to it later.
I also spent some time thinking about my YouTube channel. Watching another older creator describe how he became monetized surprisingly quickly reminded me that YouTube doesn’t necessarily require expensive cameras, elaborate editing, or some magical formula. His approach was basically to make videos, keep experimenting, be authentic, pay attention to what people respond to, and gradually discover what his channel really wants to become. That’s encouraging for my YouTube channel because perhaps I don’t need to have everything figured out before I continue. Maybe the process itself will show me the way.
Life wasn’t all philosophy today, though. I tackled a little bit of the lawn. There’s still plenty of wild grass out there, but at least I made a dent in it!

Later in the day I realized both Dollarama and Costco closed at 7:00, so I made a last-minute dash into town. At Dollarama I bought a couple of ice packs for my little lunchbox. My idea is to use them when I bring some of the Filipino chocolate or candies along to give away. If the particular McDonald’s manager I’d like to give them to isn’t working, I can simply keep everything cold and take it home again rather than worrying about it melting.
Then it was over to Costco, where I picked up lettuce, garlic powder and an eight-pack of black Champion performance socks (see photo to the right). Nothing terribly glamorous about buying socks and lettuce, but such is life!
I ended the evening at McDonald’s with my usual coffee and finished Season 1 of “Alone”. This first season was especially interesting because all ten contestants were dropped into the wilderness of Vancouver Island—essentially my own part of the world. Alan Kay ultimately won after 56 days alone. I enjoyed the season enough that I’m already curious about Season 2.
I also continued thinking about Edwina Findley Dickerson’s The World Is Waiting for You. I’ve decided to create another sheet in my Universal Planner to track my progress through the book, modeled after the tracker I made for Dear Boy: The Life of Keith Moon. Edwina’s chapters—particularly ones like “The Secret Power of Hearing God’s Voice,” “The Waiting Season,” “Unlock Your Calling,” and “What’s Holding You Back?”—feel remarkably well timed considering the questions I’ve been asking lately about purpose, guidance, waiting, and whether God or the Universe is actually listening.
And somewhere amid all of that, Fallout sent me down another little musical rabbit hole when I wondered about the beautiful old recording of “You Belong to Me.” It’s Jo Stafford’s classic 1952 version. Another tiny discovery to finish the day.
What lies ahead?
I still don’t know.
But maybe that’s the point.
The next chapter isn’t written yet.
