  • ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:25 pm!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today turned into one of those quiet, reflective days where a series of unrelated events all seemed to point toward the same lesson. It began with thoughts about health and longevity as I explored discussions on mitochondria, energy, and even the possibility of reversing gray hair. Along the way I found myself wandering through history, music, and travel—learning about the Beatles, Jennifer Warnes, the Philippines and its barangays, and even the remarkable story of competitive eater Erik “The Electric,” whose journey from anorexia to recovery reminded me that every success story usually has a struggle hidden beneath the surface.

This evening I found myself back at my familiar McDonald’s with a black coffee, watching the light rain fall outside while reading The Great Awakening (see photo to the right). A passage in the book really stopped me. The author asked how to experience an instant spiritual awakening like Saul on the road to Damascus, and the response was surprisingly simple: nothing is wrong, nothing is missing, and the only place life actually exists is in the present moment. One highlighted sentence especially struck me: You must simply be present in the moment and allow what arises, because that’s the only way of passing through. Nothing exists but this present moment.

That thought immediately reminded me of the old Kung Fu television series. Caine was never in a hurry. He wasn’t chasing enlightenment; he simply walked his path one step at a time, fully present wherever he happened to be. Then my mind drifted to Neville Goddard’s teaching that everything I desire already exists, and to Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now. Although each approaches life from a different perspective, they all seem to point toward the same truth: stop postponing happiness until some future event. Learn to experience it now.

Just before midnight I headed out on the eTrike for another gentle ride. Wearing my new helmet, with the headlight shining and rider-assist mode set to Level 1, I cruised quietly to the end of the street and back. Every ride feels a little more natural than the last. It’s funny how balance comes back—not all at once, but a little bit every day.

By the end of the evening, I came away with a simple realization that I don’t want to forget. I don’t have to wait until I’ve lost all the weight, finished every project, become a great guitarist, or found every answer before I allow myself to enjoy life. I can enjoy a cup of coffee, a rainy evening, time with my children, a good book, or a peaceful ride on my eTrike today. The future will arrive when it arrives. Until then, perhaps the greatest gift I can give myself is simply to be here, fully present, appreciating the journey one moment at a time. And maybe that’s where all the good things I’ve been searching for begin.
