- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:52 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those gentle summer Saturdays where nothing dramatic happened, yet somehow the day carried a quiet sense of progress.
The morning began with one of my Nighttime Whispers. In the dream, I was back in an office where Amanda, a former coworker, wanted to recognize me publicly for something I’d accomplished. Instead of embracing the attention, I quietly asked her not to. The recognition wasn’t what mattered. Later in the dream, everyone was smiling as they watched old clips of the kids when they were young. Just before waking, another memory surfaced—the kids playing the violin and viola at school while the teachers and principal looked on with admiration. Looking back on the dream, it felt like a reminder that my greatest sense of pride has never come from career achievements, but from watching my children grow into remarkable young people.
I recorded another message to the Universe. I reflected on Maggie Murphy’s story about manifesting a penny in Germany and decided to make today a playful experiment of my own. I wasn’t asking for riches or miracles—just a simple toonie. Something ordinary enough to feel natural, yet unexpected enough to make me smile if it appeared. I also asked, as I often do, for a few “winks” from the Universe and for guidance toward whatever my next great passion might be.
By midday, my attention shifted to a different adventure.

My new Eskute T300 electric trike was fully assembled and charged, and it was finally time to take it out for its first real ride. As I learned the controls of the T300, I realized there was far more to it than simply turning a key and riding away. I spent a good part of the afternoon digging into the official manuals (see photo to the left), learning the difference between pedal assist, throttle mode, and walk assist. One of the biggest discoveries was that the trike can be ridden entirely under throttle power without pedaling, provided it’s set up correctly. I also learned that the minus button serves multiple purposes depending on whether it’s tapped or held, and that the display contains an entire configuration menu I’d never even known existed.
It struck me that learning something new when you are older feels very different than it did at twenty-six. Back then, new technology often felt intimidating because I worried about getting it wrong. Today, it simply feels like another interesting puzzle to solve.
The afternoon also inspired tomorrow’s video for my channel.
Originally I thought I’d create a video about my “Easy Ride,” but as the day unfolded, another idea kept calling to me. Instead, I decided to reflect on the classic 1969 film Easy Rider—not as a movie review, but as a meditation on freedom, purpose, and Becoming. The more I thought about Wyatt and Billy’s journey across America, the more I realized the motorcycles were never really the point. Like so many great stories, the road was simply a backdrop for a much deeper journey taking place inside the characters themselves. In many ways, I recognized my own journey in theirs.
The creative work continued throughout the day.
I drafted YouTube metadata for the upcoming video, generated artwork inspired by Easy Rider, and began shaping the narration into something that explored not just the film itself, but what it teaches about choosing your own path through life.
Work on The AI Diet also moved forward.
Chapter 8, “Vegetables, Volume & Satiety,” took shape, building naturally upon the previous chapters about potatoes and egg whites. It feels satisfying watching the book slowly grow into something more complete with each passing week. Every chapter makes the system a little clearer and, hopefully, a little more helpful for someone else walking a similar road.
There were smaller moments sprinkled throughout the day as well.
I answered Miranda from the Coffee Club, keeping the message warm and relaxed as we moved one step closer to finally meeting for coffee after weeks of scheduling delays.
I learned a little more about my trike.
I explored another episode of Kung Fu.
And, as always, I found myself asking questions—not just about technology, movies, or books, but about life itself.
As I look back on today, one thought stays with me.
Learning doesn’t end when we retire.
In many ways, retirement simply gives us permission to become students again.
Today I learned how to operate an electric trike.
Tomorrow I’ll probably learn something entirely different.
And perhaps that’s what Becoming has really been about all along.
Not arriving.
Just continuing the journey, one quiet discovery at a time.
