    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today was one of those quiet, productive days that reminded me how much joy there can be in making steady progress. There weren’t any grand adventures or dramatic breakthroughs, but there were plenty of small moments that moved me forward—and perhaps those are the moments that matter most.

I started the morning with another conversation with the Universe. At 8:05 a.m., under an overcast sky, I asked for a calm and safe driving lesson with the son of my wife’s friend, free from accidents or unnecessary stress. I also reflected on yesterday’s Maggie Murphy video, where she talked about manifesting something as simple as finding a penny. It planted a seed in my mind. I asked the Universe if today might be the day I’d naturally notice a toonie—not because I needed proof of anything, but because it would make me smile and remind me to stay aware of life’s little winks. As always, I finished by asking for guidance toward my true passion, whatever form that ultimately takes.

2026-07-10 - Potato Starch

I picked up some potato starch last night (see photo to the right) at Thrifty Foods. I was thinking of making some “Sweet Potato Pudding” today, but it was not to be… There seems to be more stuff to do than there is time to do it…

One interesting detour today was learning about a classic Southern comfort food I had heard about but never really understood: the pimento cheese sandwich. I discovered that it’s essentially a creamy spread made from sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and diced pimentos—a mild, sweet red pepper that’s also famous for being stuffed into green olives. It sounded surprisingly simple, and like so many traditional recipes, its appeal seems to come from quality ingredients rather than complexity.

I also spent some time thinking about success stories on YouTube. We looked at the incredibly popular Morpheus ASMR channel, and one lesson stood out above all others. The channel isn’t successful because the creator lives an extraordinary life. It’s successful because ordinary moments are presented consistently, authentically, and with a clear purpose. That struck a chord with me. Perhaps my own “Already Becoming” channel doesn’t need bigger adventures—it simply needs to continue sharing genuine moments with curiosity, honesty, and reflection.

The morning also wandered into some interesting trivia. I learned that Elon Musk remarried Talulah Riley after divorcing her once, while his first wife, Justine Wilson, has remained largely out of the public eye and has not remarried. Sometimes these little historical footnotes are fascinating reminders that life rarely follows a straight line.

As I continued working on my AI Diet book, I wrote a new chapter titled “Why Egg Whites Work – Protein Without the Calorie Penalty.” The chapter explores why egg whites became such an important part of my own weight-loss system. They’re inexpensive, high in protein, easy to prepare, and perfectly complement potatoes and vegetables. More importantly, they support one of the central ideas of the AI Diet: consistency beats novelty. I also created a full-page infographic to accompany the chapter, making the nutritional advantages of egg whites easy to understand at a glance.

Another inspiring idea came from Andrew Taylor’s Spud Fit journey. On Day 59, he shared Rudyard Kipling’s poem If—, explaining that he reads it once or twice every day to strengthen his mental resilience. He described it as one of the most valuable tools in his “mental game,” helping him remain calm, humble, and focused regardless of success or setbacks. It’s a beautiful reminder that building the right mindset may be every bit as important as building the right habits.

Later in the day I turned my attention to my new Eskute T300 e-bike. Like many new purchases, it came with a few mysteries. I spent quite a while trying to figure out the front fender, comparing brackets, mounting points, and suspension forks, only to realize that the kit might not even match the bike correctly. The rear fender also looked a little odd, leading me to wonder if the front and rear pieces had somehow been swapped. Whether that turns out to be true or not, it was a reminder that sometimes the problem isn’t our understanding—it may simply be the wrong part.

While exploring the bike, I also solved a couple of beginner questions. The battery’s master power switch follows the international electrical standard: “I” means ON and “O” means OFF. I also learned the proper charging procedure—turn the battery off, connect the charger to the battery first, then plug it into the wall, and disconnect in the reverse order when charging is complete. Simple things, perhaps, but they help build confidence with a brand-new machine.

As I look back on the day, a common thread emerges. None of today’s lessons were spectacular on their own. They were about simple systems: a poem read every morning, a reliable source of protein, authentic YouTube videos, understanding an e-bike, or noticing the possibility of a toonie appearing when I least expect it. Progress rarely comes from one dramatic event. More often, it comes from quietly stacking small habits, one on top of another, until they become the foundation of a better life.

Maybe that’s what “already becoming” really means. Not waiting until everything is perfect, but recognizing that every small lesson, every quiet improvement, and every ordinary day is already shaping the person I’m becoming.
