An overcast Thursday in the Comox Valley today folks! Up next, item #1 on my “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).
Remember, losing weight means:
- No more joint pain.
- Easier to get up/down stairs.
- New clothes.
- Socialize more.
- Travel more.
So, keep motivated! Here goes:
Morning
- ✅ #01: 📌 Work on Universal Planner! (Yep!)
- …
- ✅ #02: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (Nope!)
- …
- ✅ #03: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 330.2 lbs. = 31.7 lbs. total weight loss.)
- …
- ✅ #04: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
- …
- ✅ #05: 📕Read/Craft Ultimate Manifestation Letter: (1:01 pm!)
- …
- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (1:01pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those quiet summer days that don’t seem remarkable at first, but somehow end up planting a surprising number of seeds for the future. The sky was overcast, my leg continued to heal, and I found myself feeling grateful for something I hadn’t really appreciated until now—the fact that if I ever did decide to move to the Philippines someday, I could actually walk comfortably again. Sometimes it’s the small improvements in life that deserve the most gratitude.

The afternoon belonged to my son. We headed to see “Toy Story 5” in 3D. Like any eleven-year-old at the movies, he went all in with a large popcorn, Fruitopia, and a giant bag of candy. I smiled watching him enjoy every bite. Meanwhile, I quietly reached into my pocket and pulled out something very different—my homemade dehydrated sweet potato gummies (see photo to the right). While everyone around me was eating popcorn and candy, I was happily munching on sweet potato slices that I’d made myself. A few weeks ago I might have felt deprived. Today I didn’t. In fact, I felt proud. It was another small victory proving that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean missing out.
That led me into another phase of experimentation with the AI Diet. I started wondering whether baked sweet potatoes could be transformed into an actual pudding. I explored different thickeners—agar, arrowroot, xanthan gum, cornstarch, pectin, and potato starch. The more I researched, the more convinced I became that potato starch might be the perfect choice. At Thrifty Foods I found exactly what I was looking for: Bob’s Red Mill Potato Starch. It felt like another one of those little building blocks toward creating recipes that are healthy, satisfying, and simple enough for anyone to make. I have a feeling this sweet potato pudding could become one of the signature desserts in the AI Diet cookbook.
While I was shopping, I also picked up a small six-outlet Sunbeam power strip from Dollarama. It wasn’t exciting, but it solved a practical problem. Ever since the kitchen island lost power, I’ve needed a temporary way to run the dehydrator while I sort out the electrical issue. Sometimes progress isn’t glamorous. Sometimes it’s just buying a five-dollar power strip so you can keep making sweet potato snacks.
Back at home, I continued working on my AI Diet ebook. We completed Chapters 5 and 6, focusing on why weight loss begins in the kitchen rather than the gym, and why potatoes are such an incredibly satisfying food. We also created graphics for both chapters so the finished book continues to look polished and professional. Every chapter completed makes the project feel less like an idea and more like a real book that could genuinely help people.
Later in the evening my curiosity shifted from nutrition to manifestation. I watched another Maggie Murphy video in which she described setting the intention that her friend in Germany would somehow find an American penny—an incredibly unusual occurrence there. The very next day, according to her story, he walked outside barefoot and stepped on a U.S. wheat penny. Whether one views that as manifestation, coincidence, or something else entirely, I found the story fascinating.
What struck me wasn’t necessarily the penny itself, but Maggie’s attitude. She didn’t seem desperate. She treated it like a playful experiment. That led me to realize that perhaps I’ve been putting too much emotional weight on my own little “coin game.” Instead of turning every search for a toonie into a test of whether the Universe is listening, I decided to simplify it. I set a quiet intention:
“Sometime in the next few days, I’m going to notice a toonie in an unexpected but natural way. I don’t need to force it, hunt for it, or make it mean anything. I’ll recognize it when it appears.”
Then I let it go.
Maybe that’s the real lesson—not just about coins, but about life itself. Plant the seed. Water it. Then stop digging it up to see if it’s growing.
Maybe happiness isn’t found by chasing some distant future.
Maybe it’s found by quietly planting good seeds today and trusting that, in time, they’ll grow into something beautiful.
