    • (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”!  THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
  • #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 341.1 lbs. = 20.8 lbs. total weight loss.)

    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today was one of those ordinary days that, when I stop and look closely, was actually filled with quite a few little moments worth appreciating.

My thoughts drifted in a dozen different directions, as they often do. I thought about money, investing, future possibilities, friendships, projects, and all the various goals I’m working toward. I also thought about my son’s e-bike, which has been giving him trouble. Just before noon, I dropped it off at the cycle shop to have the tire repaired. It felt good to get that taken care of and move one more item off the family to-do list.

One pleasant surprise today was seeing the first responses arrive from the Comox Coffee Club. The whole idea behind joining wasn’t necessarily to find anything life-changing but simply to meet people, have conversations, and expand my social circle a little. One of my matches was a fellow named Wes. Reading through his profile, I noticed we had some overlap in our experiences. He’s spent time in Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Rocky Mountain House, while I’ve spent a winter in Winnipeg, a year in Calgary, and a summer in St. Albert. We exchanged messages and began arranging a coffee meetup. It’s funny how life works. Sometimes opportunities arrive not through grand plans but simply by saying yes to a cup of coffee.

2026-06-02 - Walmart McD

While at Walmart this afternoon to pick up some milk, I settled into McDonald’s with a coffee, my tablet, and a little time to think (see photo to the right). I found a quiet table, opened YouTube, and watched a few market and investing videos while enjoying the break. It was one of those simple moments I’ve always enjoyed—good coffee, a comfortable seat, and no particular rush to be anywhere. As I sat there, I found myself thinking about NVIDIA, Palantir, CrowdStrike, Marvell, and the various limit orders I have waiting in my investment accounts. Investing continues to be one of those puzzles that keeps my mind active and engaged.

Later in the day I found myself doing what I often do—wandering through stores and researching possibilities. I spent time looking at bikes for my son, comparing different models, wheel sizes, and prices. Costco had some surprisingly nice Northrock bikes on display, and I spent quite a while studying the specifications and wondering what would make the most sense for him as he continues to grow. It’s amazing how much bike you can get for a few hundred dollars these days.

While I was out, I also spent some time looking at computers. Costco had everything from a reasonably priced HP all-in-one desktop to some serious gaming machines with glowing lights, powerful processors, and dedicated graphics cards. Even though I don’t need a new computer, I still enjoy browsing through technology and imagining what kind of setup would be ideal for gaming, video editing, or VR.

Afterward, I wandered through Walmart. Part of me was still in research mode, looking at bikes and comparing options, but I also found myself simply browsing. One display that caught my eye was a giant stack of Mr. Freeze freezies—eighty of them in a box for just a few dollars. Something about that instantly brought back memories of childhood summers. For a brief moment, I wasn’t thinking about stock prices, retirement accounts, or future plans. I was just remembering hot summer days, sticky fingers, and the excitement of choosing a brightly colored freezie from the freezer.

As the day winds down, I find myself appreciating the fact that nothing extraordinary happened. The kids are healthy. The e-bike is getting repaired. The weather was beautiful. I have new people to meet through the Coffee Club, investments working quietly in the background, and projects waiting for my attention. There were no major breakthroughs today, but there were plenty of small reminders that life is moving forward.

All in all, it was a good day. A day filled with sunshine, coffee, a deer by the roadside, some bike shopping, a stroll through Walmart, a relaxing stop at McDonald’s, and the quiet realization that many of the things I once hoped for are already part of my everyday life.
