Item #1 on my latest “ToDo List” kicks off this Wednesday: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).

Remember, losing weight means:
- No more joint pain.
- Easier to get up/down stairs.
- New clothes.
- Socialize more.
- Travel more.
So, keep motivated! Here goes:
Morning
- ✅ #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
- (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”! THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
- ✅ #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 345.0 lbs. = 16.9 lbs. total weight loss.)
- ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
- ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (None!)
- ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (8:58 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.
Afternoon

- Move slowly and deliberately for 2–5 minutes (like a calm martial arts form — no rush, no goal)
- Sit with one coffee or meal with ZERO distraction (no phone, no thinking ahead — just notice)
- When a “past path” thought appears → replace with: “That quality is still available now”

- sit still for 3 minutes
- 👉 Goal: Slow down + Notice + Don’t force

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those strange “in-between” days where ordinary errands, technology, markets, weather, and deeper thoughts all kept weaving together into one long thread.
A big part of the day was spent at home working on the family photo archive project. Honestly, it felt productive in a way that goes beyond just organizing files. I finally figured out how to properly download the photos I need from iKirco onto my hard drive and started building an actual spreadsheet system to track everything. Seeing the structure come together made the whole thing feel less overwhelming. Instead of “thousands of scattered memories,” it started becoming a real preservation project — years of family history slowly being organized into something lasting.
I also spent a good chunk of time working on this week’s issue of The YQQ Brew. There was a lot of back-and-forth trying to get the details right: verifying events, checking links, removing things that weren’t actually happening, fixing the Snowbirds information, and rebuilding the newsletter so it matched the proper style and pacing. It reminded me that local newsletters are harder than they look because one bad link or fake event instantly breaks trust. By the end of it, though, it finally started feeling solid again.
Somewhere in the middle of all this I went down several completely different rabbit holes. I was reading about the AI stock rally and whether this current market feels like 1999 all over again. The article talked about veteran Wall Street traders having dot-com flashbacks while younger investors think every dip is meant to be bought. Between AI mania, semiconductor stocks flying upward, the Strait of Hormuz situation, inflation, and geopolitical tension, it does feel like we’re living through one of those strange moments where the future could either explode upward or hit a wall. It’s hard not to think about that when you’re already heavily interested in companies like NVDA, AMZN, and GOOGL.
Later in the day I stopped by Costco because I wanted to see if there was anything interesting on sale for the newsletter. And that’s when the evening changed.

As I drove into the parking lot, I realized I had forgotten to do my usual morning “Universe” conversation over coffee. Almost immediately after thinking that, I looked up and saw one of the most complete and vivid rainbows I’ve ever seen in my life stretching directly across the sky over Costco (see photo to the right). Dark storm clouds everywhere, wet pavement reflecting light, cars parked everywhere, and then suddenly this massive arc of color cutting across the entire scene. I stopped and took a picture because it honestly felt unreal for a moment.
What struck me most was that it wasn’t on some mountain trail or dramatic scenic overlook. It was Costco. Just an ordinary Wednesday evening in Courtenay. Somehow that made it feel even more meaningful — like beauty had interrupted normal life for a few minutes.
That rainbow stayed with me all evening.
Later on I headed to McDonald’s for coffee, but once again they had most of the seating area closed off. The whole place just felt awkward and strangely unwelcoming. I found myself thinking that maybe the Universe was nudging me somewhere else tonight instead of staying there frustrated. So eventually I ended up at Tim Hortons instead, sitting quietly, reflecting on the day and talking out loud again to the Universe the way I sometimes do.
And honestly, tonight’s conversation felt different.
Less about demanding proof.
Less about chasing coins.
More about gratitude.
I found myself thankful for:
- the rainbow
- the barn suite keeping me away from the sickness in the house
- the fact that my leg pain is slowly improving
- the progress on the archive system
- surviving emotionally difficult periods
- still moving forward even while feeling lonely sometimes
I realized maybe the signs aren’t always supposed to be dramatic miracles. Maybe sometimes they’re moments that simply stop you long enough to notice life again.
By the end of the night I felt tired, reflective, still carrying some loneliness and uncertainty about the future, but also strangely encouraged. Like things are slowly moving, slowly healing, slowly becoming.
And somewhere above a Costco parking lot tonight, for a few minutes anyway, it felt like the Universe winked back.
