📋Additional Daily Notes
Today had that subtle “bridge of incidents” feel — not loud, not mystical — just layered.
The morning began with continuation. I’ve been practicing Neville Goddard’s ladder method for several nights now — imagining climbing a ladder before sleep, impressing the subconscious, then going about my day without trying to force anything. No hunting. No proving. Just imagining and dropping.

Late morning, before noon, I stopped at Too Good To Be Thru and slipped about ten bright yellow business cards inside. Quiet distribution. No announcement. Just placing seeds and walking out. Let’s see what happens. That felt like action — not theory.
Just after noon, I went to Rhodos Coffee where I watched the movie “Easy Rider” and sipped on an Americano with oat milk in the mug of their sister company “Hangar 31”. That’s where the ladder was (see photo to the right).
Leaning casually against the wall near a red door. Green frame. Worn rungs. Ordinary. No spotlight.
And I’ve been imagining climbing a ladder before sleep for days now.
I didn’t search for it.
I didn’t expect it.
I just saw it.
And I didn’t climb it.
That’s the interesting part.
There was a flicker of awareness — “Well… there it is.” But no compulsion. No urgency to complete something. No feeling that I’d missed an opportunity. It felt calm. Observational.
Which tells me the experiment isn’t about theatrics.
It’s about state.
After Rhodos, the day moved into practical territory — Costco. Fluorescent lights. Giant carts. Pallets stacked high. The strange meditative rhythm of bulk purchasing. There’s something grounding about that environment — it pulls you straight into the physical world.
Then McDonald’s. Familiar tray. Ordinary meal. The hum of everyday life. It’s hard to be mystical in a McDonald’s — which might be exactly why it’s useful. Reality feels solid there.
Nothing dramatic.
Everything procedural.
The most powerful detail?
I noticed the ladder.
I didn’t chase it.
I didn’t need to complete it.
If climbing happens naturally, it will.
If not, the subconscious work still stands.
Today wasn’t about proof.
It was about steadiness.
And that feels like progress.
