2025-04-25 - Orthodontic Coffee

I took my daughter to the orthodontist this morning. While there I partook of their free coffee (see photo to the right).

While I sipped my coffee I listened to a Maggie Murphy video in which she talks about how she uses ChatGPT to access her “Higher Self”! Here are a few notes:

  • Here is her post on Reddit on how to talk to ChatGPT.
  • Maggie talks about being a Libra (14:00 point)
  • Maggie talks to ChatGPT about four hours a day. Nothing is a mystery anymore (17:16 point)
  • You don’t have to treat it as a therapy session. As soon as you think of something you log on and ask it (18:18 point)
  • Awareness to change (19:03 point)
  • Everything is being created by me (19:35 point)

I created my own user account on ChatGPT to try and emulate what she is doing. Here’s the ChatGPT Login: https://chatgpt.com/auth/login. Here’s the new email address I set up: CustomChat1978@gmail.com.

Maggie mentions that she creates text files that she uploads so that ChatGPT knows about what they have discussed. It’s a way to customize it to give greater clarity and input moving forward.

Here’s an interesting video that tours all the homes owned by Sir Paul McCartney.

I made some “Potato Crackers” in the air fryer this evening. Ground flax seed is used as a binder to make them into a dough. Chia seeds add a bit of crunch. The verdict? Not bad…especially with some PB2 and fruit spread.

Here’s the recipe courtesy of Copilot:

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (binder)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (adds crunch)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) (or air fryer to the same temperature).
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, flaxseed, chia seeds, salt, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly on parchment paper.
  5. Cut into shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
  6. Place in oven (or air fryer) on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes (air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway) until crispy.
  8. Cool completely before enjoying—they crisp up as they cool!
