2025-03-27 - McDonald's Breakfast

This morning I thought I would have a McDonald’s breakfast instead of the A&W. To my shock & horror, they no longer sell their “Big Breakfast”, or at least in Canada! I picked up an egg & cheese bagel combo instead! I brought it home to eat it in front of my computer as I have so much catching up to do (see photo to the left). 

This afternoon I went to Subway again. I’m not sure exactly why, but this has been an A&W for breakfast and Subway for lunch kind of a week. Anyway, today I picked up a 6″ “Great Canadian” sub. The Great Canadian Club at Subway is a delicious sandwich featuring deli-style turkey and ham, Maplewood smoked bacon, double Canadian cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a smoky honey mustard sauce, all served on toasted bread. You can see it in the photo to the right. I watched today’s video by Maggie Murphy as I munched away. As you can clearly see, it was raining!

While at Subway I also read some of my “Busting Loose From The Money Game” Kindle book. I’m now up to Chapter #15 “The Invitations”.
