Daily Notes
Today is the first day in over two weeks that my weight is up… During my “Potato Diet” I was guaranteed to lose weight each morning. Now that I have branched out into eating other foods, this guaranteed weight loss has gone “bye bye”. I’m going to keep my current eating schedule up for two weeks, as I’m not eating badly, and just see where the scale dips at the end of it. I think I might go back and do a “modified” potato diet after that, one that includes condiments and some vegetables.
I’ve been itching to get back to my novel but something always seems to come up. Today I went to Staples to get a HUGE poster to put on a metal sheet that I picked up at Home Depot yesterday. I’m going to create a metallic backdrop with these two items, and my son and I can make little clay Roblox figures with a magnet glued on the back to attach them.
We also went to Miracle Beach, nice little beach to the north of Courtenay. We got to see deer and even a bear today (see photo to the right)! There is a little path to the beach at one end, perfect for someone like me with two knee replacements. There are nice bathroom facilities. I think we will be going back!
I put up a video, “Abraham Hick’s Unlock Your Universe” on my “Law of Attraction” YouTube channel this evening. It will publish at 6:09 am tomorrow morning. I’m up to 1,092 subscribers now!
