Day #0100 – (Wed., Dec. 6, 2023) – 100 Days Old!

It’s Wednesday! Let’s get things off to a running start with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! 7:06 pm (Busy Day).
  2. Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. What does Abraham Hicks say about forgiveness? (see response below).
  3. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List”:
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for the grayness of a sky about to snow. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for the art of cheesemaking. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for efficient couriers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ask Bard: What does Abraham Hicks say about forgiveness?

Bard’s Reply: Abraham Hicks emphasizes the importance of forgiveness for achieving a positive state of being and attracting your desires. Here are some key points from their teachings on forgiveness:

Forgiveness is about releasing resistance and negativity.

  • Holding onto anger, resentment, and hurt towards someone creates a negative vibration within you, blocking the flow of good things and hindering your ability to manifest your desires.
  • Forgiveness is not about condoning the actions of others or becoming doormats. It’s about releasing yourself from the negative emotional hooks that keep you trapped in the past.

True forgiveness is a process of shifting your focus.

  • When you forgive someone, you shift your focus from what they did wrong to the positive aspects of your life and the things you wish to experience.
  • This shift in attention raises your vibration and opens you up to receiving more of what you want.

Forgiving yourself is as important as forgiving others.

  • We often judge ourselves harshly and hold onto guilt and shame for past mistakes.
  • Just like with others, forgiving yourself releases you from the emotional baggage and allows you to move forward with a clean slate.

Here are some specific quotes from Abraham Hicks on forgiveness:

  • “Forgiveness is withdrawing attention from the thing that’s keeping you out of the Vortex.”
  • “Forgiveness is not about saying,‘What you did was okay.’ It’s about saying, â€˜I’m willing to let go of the negative energy that’s associated with this experience and focus on what I want instead.’”
  • “When you can forgive yourself and others, you are essentially saying, â€˜I am a powerful being who is constantly creating my own reality.’”
  • “Forgiveness is the key to unlocking your true potential and creating the life you desire.”
2023-12-06 - Doctor's Parking Lot

We’re all quick sick in our house and it seems that I’ve spent all day either in Urgent Care or in doctor’s offices. Nonetheless, I did find some time to look for coins in the parking lot of the doctor’s office (see photo to the right). It does feel good to be out and about again and looking for coins. I’ve been so sick with “This Thing” over the past few weeks I’ve been in “existence” mode rather than full on “manifestation” mode. Prednisone, do your thing!

I’m still eating great and following the modified “Three Sisters” diet as mentioned on Day #0096 – (Sat., Dec. 2, 2023). I’ve added olives, pickles, and Brussel sprouts since then, but have avoided bread and potatoes so far. The only sweets that I’ve been having are berries with my oatmeal, and sometimes on a corn tortilla that I make myself. I see that they sell these little corn tortillas at Aldi with only 0.5 g Saturated Fat each, so I might use these at some point and make it easier on myself… but not just yet.

Here’s an interesting video about being happy with the “feeling” for a while and not counting the actual manifestations that come into our lives.
