I woke up late this morning — 11:42 a.m. — drifting out of sleep with a hazy feeling and no clear memory of dreaming. The very first thought that floated through my mind was Michelle, the girl from Chapel Hill I used to work with years ago. I’m not sure why she appeared today, but the mind has a strange way of sending up old memories when something inside is shifting. I let the thought pass and started my day.

2025-11-24 - Freya

By early afternoon I decided to get out of the house and try somewhere new. I drove down to downtown Courtenay and stepped into Freya Nordic Baking & Kaffe for the very first time. It was warm, quiet, and beautifully lit — perfect for reflection. I ordered an Americano and sat by the window, watching the light hit the Christmas stars hanging in the glass (see photo to the right). I spent a long time there doing my manifestation work, reading highlights, and just sitting in the calm of the moment.

Later in the afternoon, I took some photos and videos of mushrooms on the trail. For whatever reason, they looked unusually vivid today — bright oranges and earthy textures — and I started thinking that maybe mushrooms might become the focus of an upcoming long video on my YouTube channel. It has that peaceful, contemplative feel that fits where I’m heading.

Stocks dipped today — COIN, NVDA, NBIS, CRWV, and NVTS — so I did what I always do when everything lines up logically: I bought more. Another $1000 each, five positions. My Becoming Journey isn’t just spiritual — it’s financial too — and today moved me forward.

The rest of my evening was spent building something big: my new Facebook page, the one I’ll use to launch and grow the Unified Manifestation Method guide. I created the cover photo, featured image, bio line, and my long pinned post. Then something unexpected happened — comments started pouring in.

One person said my post “breathes peace and clarity.” Another thanked me for insights that were helping her. And Kate from Germany — whose beauty nearly stopped my heart — said she literally can’t wait for the guide because she’s been practicing Neville and Tolle but still feels like she hasn’t found the path yet.

Tonight, as I close out the day, I’m aware that tomorrow is Day #30 — the last day of my Stillness / Daniel Day-Lewis Experiment. I’m planning to decompress and write out everything I’ve learned. What keeps surprising me is how closely Neville, Tolle, Dyer, the Bible, and even Buddhist teachings seem to echo each other. Different languages, different metaphors, same truth beneath it all.

It feels like I’m getting closer to something — something simple, peaceful, and powerful — and I’m ready to put it into words.
