Today felt like that rare kind of day where everything aligned not because I forced it, but because I didn’t. I began, as always, with the scale — and there it was: 297.3 lbs. The momentum continues. I’m now down 64.6 lbs., with 43.3 of that thanks to the quiet genius of the AI Diet Plan. But even more than numbers, it felt like identity in motion. Oh, and I have a new cutting board! (see photo to the right)!
