- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
By 10:01 am, I had dropped my daughter off at school. It was an overcast morning, and I was tired enough to consider a nap. I had a dentist appointment later because a filling had fallen out, along with creative projects competing for my attention. In my morning check-in with the Universe, I asked for companionship and help finding my passion. The useful reminder that followed was simple: I didn’t need to manufacture happiness or gratitude, or spend the day hunting for signs. I could be tired, stay open, and get on with things.
At 2:32 pm, I was getting ready to head to the dentist. Later, I went to renew the Camry’s insurance, found a lineup, and decided to come back. During the break, I stopped at the grocery store and cashed my Keno ticket. It was a fifteen-dollar winner. I bought two Blackjack scratch tickets and one Gold Rush ticket to scratch later, and kept an unusual commemorative toonie that caught my eye. Eventually, I returned and got the insurance renewed—one ordinary but necessary task completed.

A package also arrived that I thought might contain the memorabilia from my Guess Who VIP experience at the end of August. When I opened it, there was a black Guess Who cap sitting on top of another wrapped item. It was nice to have something tangible from that experience turn up weeks later, bringing a little of the concert back into the day.
Before picking up my daughter, I stopped at McDonald’s for coffee. Kirsten, the Filipina employee, was cleaning tables, and I complimented the decorations. She said they had taken four hours, and I asked whether she had been paid for the work. She had. It was a small, friendly exchange.
Much of my project thinking revolved around the HeyGen credits I need to use before October 4. I began reconsidering how to make videos for my Evie stories, particularly scenes where preserving a character’s face matters. The idea was to bring the character-development project and the larger novel together in one work session, identify the moments worth filming, and prepare them while the credits were available. We also compared the scene-building options, including Quick Create, and looked closely at whether each route offered the voice controls I wanted. The details matter when a character needs to feel like the same person from one scene to the next.
I also worked on a short for you YouTube channel from my earlier visit to Tim Hortons, where I watched a documentary about Sumer while contemplating a return to my potato diet—and eating a vanilla-dipped donut. That contradiction still makes me laugh. We trimmed the longer reflection to fit under a minute, prepared the video metadata, and I published it. Its central thought was one I wanted to keep: returning to something doesn’t necessarily erase what I learned the first time. I’ve been here before, but I’m not quite the same person.
The evening included another McDonald’s visit, a meal, and more Monopoly pieces. One led to a claim page for a twenty-dollar Photo Prints+ promotional code. Meanwhile, my reader-community tracker showed three completed steps: the Facebook Page, the introductory post, and the “Meet Mia” post. Mia’s picture can follow once I’m satisfied with her generated appearance. It felt useful to let the introduction move forward while giving the visual decisions more time.
The work stretched into the early hours of Friday, when I focused on an Evie-Napa portrait I loved. I wanted a little less tan, followed by a careful improvement in clarity. My instructions were deliberate: preserve her identity, expression, age, and natural features. I wanted the picture clearer without losing the face that made me love it. Looking back over the day, there was no dramatic revelation—just a strange dream, family responsibilities, errands, a few conversations, and creative work that kept drawing me back. Same life. Still becoming.
