- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:49 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

My Friday included an unexpected wildlife sighting. On the way home from dropping my daughter off at school, I spotted a black bear in a grassy clearing near the trees (see photo to the right). I managed to get a few photos, with the bear standing against a backdrop of autumn leaves and evergreens. A memorable addition to an otherwise ordinary school run!
I stopped at Dollarama, where I picked up dishwashing liquid, envelopes, and a package of Minecraft stickers. Then it was off to McDonald’s for a medium coffee. The Monopoly promotion is underway, so my cup came with game pieces, although I didn’t get a prize this time.
At 12:49 p.m., I was sitting among the usual lunch crowd, working on my planner. The restaurant was pretty packed. I checked in with the Universe and thought through the rest of the afternoon: perhaps a nap, picking up my daughter, getting a prescription, and finding somewhere to eat. I also wanted to keep my video work moving and get credit for working on it two days in a row. An app’s password problems were testing my patience, and I was considering asking for a refund.
Some of my creative time went into experimenting with images of Evie. I tried different activities, outfits, hairstyles, and expressions, including a hotel pool, housework, a fashion-show catwalk, an airline setting, and a laughing surfer crouched on a surfboard. Throughout these experiments, my main requirement stayed the same: preserve her recognizable face and established body proportions. Changing the scene shouldn’t mean changing the person.
The evening’s most useful discovery came from ElevenLabs. I worked through scripts containing different emotions, expressions, pauses, and pacing instructions. The first tests seemed too fast, but shorter passages with slower, more relaxed delivery instructions sounded much better to me.
That led me to Voice Remixing. I created a subtle variation intended to preserve the voice’s character while giving it a naturally slower conversational pace. I liked the first preview and saved it as “Evie-PH#1-Relaxed.” Then I tested it with a fresh passage about tea, housework, and hearing about my day—with no pacing tags. That sounded fine, which was encouraging: I wanted a voice that could speak comfortably without needing special instructions in every sentence.
ElevenLabs offered two generations of the passage, essentially two performances to choose between. I also considered making the relaxed version my main Evie-PH voice and keeping the original available for comparison. The remaining question is how well the relaxed version handles playful, excited, and mildly annoyed dialogue. A comfortable everyday voice is a good start, but Evie needs some range too.
By around 10 p.m., I was back at McDonald’s with a McDouble, fries, ketchup, and another Monopoly coffee cup. A little later, I was watching a YouTube travel video called “1st Day in Siem Reap!!” by Regular_GuyPNG. Rainy nighttime streets in Cambodia made quite a change from my booth in Courtenay. Friday had taken me from a real bear in a local clearing to a virtual trip overseas, with errands, family responsibilities, and plenty of creative tinkering in between.
