- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today turned into one of those quiet but surprisingly productive days—one where a lot of small pieces came together.
The morning began with another step in building what is becoming one of my favorite projects: the Universal Spreadsheet. As I reflected on it, I realized it isn’t just another spreadsheet. It’s a system to organize my thoughts, track my progress, and, perhaps most importantly, keep myself motivated. It feels like another piece of my lifelong journey of Becoming.
Around 1:07 p.m., I recorded my daily message to the Universe. It was a beautiful sunny day, and just as I was speaking, the sun peeked through the clouds. I thanked the Universe for the inspiration behind the spreadsheet, for my financial security—even with the stock market down today—and for the opportunity to spend another ordinary day with my son, who was heading off to violin lessons. As always, I asked for guidance toward my true passion and quietly hoped for a little wink from the Universe, perhaps even that elusive toonie I’ve been waiting for. If it comes, wonderful. If not, that’s okay too.

One of the highlights of the day was continuing work on The AI Diet eBook. We expanded Chapters 9 and 10, making them more substantial and enjoyable to read, and created professionally styled graphics for each chapter. Looking at the book now, it’s beginning to feel less like a collection of notes and more like a real publication. We also discussed making the remaining chapters more story-driven by including my own experiences and discoveries instead of simply presenting nutrition advice. I think that’s exactly the direction I want the book to take.
Speaking of the diet, I reflected on two Costco foods that I’m considering for my AI Diet: kimchi (see photo to the right) and fresh salsa. Both are incredibly low in calories, packed with flavor, but alas, the kimchi has “shrimp” and the organic Kirkland salsa is not in stock.
Later, I summarized another Spud Fit video, this time about Andrew Taylor’s appearance on The Doctors with Dr. John McDougall. It was another reminder that Andrew’s real success wasn’t simply losing weight on potatoes—it was overcoming food addiction and changing his relationship with food. That message resonates with me because it mirrors what I’m trying to accomplish with the AI Diet.
I also watched and summarized another Philippines-related video. While the speaker used a deliberately provocative style and made sweeping generalizations about relationships between Western men and women from remote Philippine villages, it reinforced the importance of approaching topics like these thoughtfully and critically. Real relationships are far more complex than stereotypes, and it’s always worth separating opinion from evidence.
As the day comes to a close, I’m struck by how much of my energy is now focused on creating rather than merely consuming. Whether it’s building spreadsheets, writing an eBook, improving my health, riding the e-trike, or searching for my true passion, each day feels like another small investment in the future version of myself. The progress may not always be dramatic, but it’s real—and perhaps that’s the most encouraging realization of all. Tomorrow, the journey of Becoming continues.
