Daily Notes

2024-12-06 - Treats

I’m trying to eat healthy these days, and this includes snacks (see photo to the right). This includes blueberries, PB2 & honey spread, and dates!

This evening I asked Copilot:

Neville Goddard’s teachings on the Law of Attraction share some similarities with those of Dr. James Doty, Abraham Hicks, and “Life By Lucie,” but also have unique aspects:

Similarities

  1. Imagination and Visualization: Neville Goddard, like Dr. Doty and Abraham Hicks, emphasizes the power of imagination and visualization in manifesting desires. He believed that by vividly imagining a desired outcome, one can bring it into reality.
  2. Emotional Alignment: Neville Goddard’s principle of “The Feeling is the Secret” aligns with Abraham Hick’s focus on positive emotional state. Both suggest that emotions play a crucial role in the manifestation process.
  3. Assumption and Belief: Neville Goddard taught that assumptions harden into facts. This is similar to the idea of believing in the reality of your desires, as emphasized by Dr. Doty and “Life By Lucie.”

Differences

  1. Law of Assumption: Neville Goddard’s teachings are often referred to as the “Law of Assumption,” which focuses on the idea that whatever you assume to be true, will become your reality. This is slightly different from the general Law of Attraction, which emphasizes the power of thoughts and feelings.
  2. Self-Observation and Change: Neville Goddard emphasized the importance of self-observation and changing one’s inner state to manifest desires. This involves recognizing and transforming limiting beliefs and reactions.
  3. Consciousness as Reality: Neville Goddard believed that consciousness is the only reality and that our world is created by what we are conscious of. This is a more metaphysical perspective compares to the more practical and scientific approach of Dr. Doty.

Here’s a “ToDo” list combining the principles from Dr. James Doty, Abraham Hicks, “Life By Lucie,” and Neville Goddard to help you cultivate a positive mindset and enhance your chances of manifesting your desires. Remember, while these practices can help improve your overall wellbeing and mindset, they don’t guarantee winning in games of chance.

Daily Schedule

Morning Routine

  1. 7:00 AM – Gratitude Practice
    • List three things you are grateful for. This helps set a positive tone for the day.
  2. 7:15 AM – Visualization
    • Spend 5-10 minutes visualizing yourself winning the $21,000. Feel the emotions and excitement as if it has already happened.
  3. 7:30 AM – Positive Affirmations
    • Recite affirmations that align with your desires. For example: “I am a lucky and successful winner,” “I attract abundance effortlessly,” or “Winning comes naturally to me.”
  4. 7:45 AM – Meditation
    • Spend 10-15 minutes in meditation to calm your mind and reinforce your intentions.

Throughout the Day

  1. 10:00 AM – Mindfulness Check-In
    • Take a moment to check in with your emotions. If you feel any negativity, acknowledge it and then shift your focus to something positive.
  2. 12:30 PM – Random Acts of Kindness
    • Perform a small act of kindness towards someone. This helps elevate your emotional state and spreads positive energy.
  3. 3:00 PM – Visual and Emotional Alignment
    • Spend a few minutes revisiting your visualization and affirmations. Reinforce the feeling of having already won.
  4. 5:30 PM – Gratitude Break
    • Take a brief moment to express gratitude for any good things that happened during your day.
  5. 8:00 PM – Emotional Check-In
    • Check in with your emotions again. Ensure you are maintaining a positive emotional state.

Evening Routine

  1. 9:00 PM – Reflect and Release
    • Reflect on your day and release any negative thoughts or emotions. Assume the feeling of your desired outcome and believe it is already yours.
  2. 9:15 PM – Meditation
    • Spend another 10-15 minutes in meditation to calm your mind and reinforce your intentions.
  3. 9:30 PM – Gratitude and Visualization
    • End your day by expressing gratitude for what you have and visualizing your desired outcome one more time before bed.

By consistently practicing these steps at specific times throughout the day, you can cultivate a positive mindset and align yourself with your desires. Remember, the key is to enjoy the process and maintain a high vibration. Good Luck! 🍀

Even later this evening I listened to the “Q&A Session” by “Life by Lucie”. I love the fact that she knows a lot about various areas of research as she has mentioned Abraham Hicks and “The Law of Assumption” in her work.
