  • ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (9:08 am!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

This morning I found myself doing what has become a familiar ritual: talking to the Universe, expressing gratitude for everything I have, and asking for a little happiness, a little joy, and maybe even a few winks along the way. The plan for the morning was simple enough—grab a coffee, head over to Home Depot to continue my seemingly endless search for the perfect screw for the cabinet knob, look at materials for building a jump for my boy, and just see where the day wanted to lead.

2026-06-09 - OMAD Prep

Instead of sitting in McDonald’s, I picked up a small coffee with one cream, poured it into my little Tim Hortons cup, and settled into Tim Hortons for a while. It was one of those quiet, comfortable mornings where there was no rush to be anywhere. I watched YouTube videos, including several on intermittent fasting and sustainable weight loss (see photo to the right), and found myself reflecting not just on losing weight but on creating a way of eating that I could happily live with for the rest of my life.

One of the themes that really resonated with me today was the idea of simplicity and consistency over perfection. The more I listened, the more I realized that success probably isn’t hidden inside some complicated nutritional formula or magic ratio of carbs and fats. Instead, it’s about finding something sensible that can simply be repeated day after day until it becomes second nature.

That thinking naturally evolved into another long conversation with ChatGPT about what has gradually become my own AI Diet philosophy. Interestingly, the diet has become less restrictive as it’s evolved rather than more restrictive. Instead of demonizing foods or creating endless lists of forbidden items, the philosophy has settled around a very simple “Grandma Rule”: if Grandma would recognize it and could reasonably make it in her own kitchen, it’s probably okay. If it comes in a shiny package with a long list of ingredients and was engineered in a factory to maximize cravings, it’s probably best left on the shelf.

The food list itself has become surprisingly comforting rather than intimidating: potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, oats, vegetables, beans, fruit, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, homemade soup, homemade chili, homemade bread, homemade oatmeal, homemade burritos, and even homemade mac and cheese all have a place. Even sugar isn’t treated like some forbidden poison anymore. A little maple syrup in oatmeal, a drizzle of honey in yogurt, or the occasional homemade cookie isn’t viewed as failure but simply as part of living a normal life.

Perhaps my favorite realization of the day was replacing the idea of “treats” with what I now think of as “joy foods.” Homemade cookies, muffins, pie, birthday cake, and holiday desserts aren’t enemies to be feared but enjoyable parts of life that simply belong in their proper place rather than becoming everyday habits. It’s a philosophy that feels sustainable instead of punitive.

Driving home from Tim Hortons, I found myself thinking about Bashar’s teachings on feeling good and asking the Universe for little winks. Almost immediately after having that thought, I spotted a tiny spotted fawn quietly standing beside a beautiful stone entrance along the roadside. Whether it was coincidence or something more doesn’t really matter. The timing made me smile, and I chose to receive it with gratitude. It was a gentle reminder that beauty often appears when I’m paying attention.

The financial markets also provided a little excitement today. Several of my patiently placed limit orders triggered across both my Roth IRA and Rollover IRA accounts, adding positions in companies like AMD, Palantir, Amentum, Broadcom, Micron, Planet Labs, Marvell, and CrowdStrike. Once again, it reinforced the investing style that feels most natural to me: set thoughtful prices, remain patient, and let the market come to me rather than chasing it.

Looking back over the day, I’m struck by how little of it was dramatic and yet how satisfying it feels. A simple coffee. Quiet reflection. Learning something useful. Refining a personal philosophy. Seeing a tiny deer at just the right moment. Watching carefully planned investments quietly execute in the background. None of it would make headlines, but together it forms the kind of life I’m increasingly grateful for.

More and more, I find myself believing that perhaps the real destination isn’t millions of dollars or some perfect manifestation finally arriving. Maybe the deeper lesson is learning to genuinely enjoy an ordinary Tuesday morning with a coffee in hand, a curious mind, and enough openness to notice the little winks that seem to appear when I’m paying attention.
