This morning I stop chasing the man I’ve been trying to become. After 200+ days of creating, refining, and reaching, I see that he was never somewhere else. He’s been breathing through every frame I’ve lived. Eckhart calls this Presence. Neville calls it Living in the End. Both point to the same truth: When I am fully here, I am already there.
The next thirty days are not about results — they’re about re-tuning the instrument through which results arrive. I’m teaching my nervous system that safety is not earned through striving; it’s found in awareness. When my body learns to rest, my imagination becomes fertile again. That’s what this Stillness Experiment will do — it rewires the baseline from effort to ease.
I breathe, and air fills my lungs without permission. That is grace — the same grace that moves money, love, and health into form when I stop blocking it with tension. Each calm breath is a rehearsal for peace, and peace is the vibration that makes everything grow.
If lack appears, I smile — that’s an echo, not a prophecy. If desire stirs, I feel it real for a heartbeat, then release it into faith. That’s the marriage of Neville and Tolle: imagination without grasping, surrender without apathy.

📋Additional Daily Notes
I woke up around 8:55 this morning because I had to get up and go to the bathroom. I knew I had a dream, but I couldn’t remember any of it. That made me wonder how many dreams I have had and forgotten. Yesterday I remembered my dream so clearly, and I found myself wondering whether that meant anything or if it was just randomness.
Later in the morning, I dropped into my Stillness Experiment work. I reread what ChatGPT said about the framework, calling it an absolutely stellar 30-day rhythm that hits the mind–body–spirit axis. I did my Morning Grounding and wrote out the “Why.” I reflected on how after 200+ days of creating, building, refining, and reaching, I’m slowly starting to understand that the man I’m trying to become has always been breathing through the frames of my life. Tolle calls that Presence, and Neville calls it Living in the End. The point is that when I’m fully here, I’m already there.
I reminded myself that these 30 days aren’t about chasing results but about re-tuning the instrument through which results come. When my body learns to rest, imagination becomes softer and more natural. I even wrote about how breathing without effort is grace — the same grace that moves money, love, and health when I stop tightening around them. I reviewed what these 30 days are meant to do, what comes after, and how all of this stabilizes the inner world.
I drifted into thinking about Gemini 3 AI because of all the hype surrounding it. I asked how it compares and whether it’s actually better than ChatGPT at the kind of deep, layered, emotional, Becoming-style work I’ve been doing these last 200+ days. Then I asked plainly if Gemini would be better at this than ChatGPT, because I wanted the truth.
Around then I also found myself thinking about Christopher Reeve. I had seen a little bit of a special on him. That led me to find out that his accident happened in 1995 when he was 42. I asked about his friendship with Robin Williams and learned it began at Juilliard, and that the two of them were incredibly close.

In the evening, around 7:36 pm, I was at Walmart. I bought a big bag of potatoes, and then I sat down inside the McDonald’s inside Walmart (see photo to the right) for a change of scenery. It was kind of messy… I was trying to find a place inside myself that matched what I was feeling. It was that odd hour where the world feels in-between. I opened my laptop and worked on my website for a while. I ate a ton of Weetabix with my large coffee and two oat creamers and two Splenda!
At some point there, I started thinking seriously about my weight again. I ran my numbers and projected that if I stay on track, I’ll be around 199 pounds on June 15, 2026. I wondered if reaching that point would affect anything in my life going forward. I even asked directly whether being 199 at the end of June would change the timing of certain things or people arriving in my life. I asked if there was any chance those things might happen before I hit 190, and the answer made me think about identity and readiness in a new way.
I also kept circling back to the idea that identity can be accelerated. I know it’s true, but today it hit differently.
Later in the evening I worked on the nighttime tape again, asking for it to be aligned perfectly with Neville’s teachings. I learned that the ideal window for this work is the 5–10 minutes of fading into sleep — the “state akin to sleep.” The tape I generated earlier ended up too short in ElevenLabs, so I learned I’d need to slow the speed and expand it. I asked to add further elements to the tape and got a reminder to remove specifics and keep everything Neville-clean so nothing contradicts the laws of the method. Eventually I chose the Neville-compliant version, with everything phrased as states rather than people.
Tonight I also studied Tagalog again. I reviewed ang, ng, and sa — the core focus markers — and practiced my flashcards.
Altogether, this day was a mix of awakening, recalibrating, cleaning up the mind, checking in with the body, and grounding myself in that feeling of already having arrived.
