- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (10:56 am)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today turned into one of those days where a completely unexpected idea seemed to take over. Earlier, I spoke out loud to the Universe again, asking for something unmistakable—a sign that there is a plan for me and that I haven’t simply been forgotten. I admitted that I don’t really feel it right now, but I’m watching for those strange coincidences, abnormalities, flashes and unexpected moments that might suggest something more is happening. I also continued with my Shaolin Online Self-Mastery work, thinking more about Hu Bu, the Tiger Step, and what I’m actually learning from practicing it rather than simply watching it.

I also went down a rather fun automotive rabbit hole today. There’s a large antique car community here in the Comox Valley, and although I don’t actually plan to do this, I wondered what kind of classic car I could show up with that would make the serious car guys stop and stare. With a total budget of around $100,000 Canadian—including purchase, shipping and importing—I kept coming back to a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS 396: genuine RS/SS, four-speed manual, beautifully restored, period-correct wheels and redline tires. Something in black, red, blue or Butternut Yellow would be especially striking. We even visualized what the ideal car might look like (see photo to the right). There’s something amusing about imagining myself casually pulling into an antique-car meeting in a ’67 big-block Camaro and saying hello as though nothing unusual had happened.
The big creative rabbit hole today, though, was YouTube. I started thinking about the cardboard Star Wars channel I’d seen and wondered whether there might be a smaller, simpler concept I could create myself. That eventually became Badly Built History: give myself a strict time limit and attempt to recreate famous objects from history using cardboard while narrating the build with dry humor and slipping interesting history into the story. Titanic became the obvious first experiment. We gradually refined the idea from two hours down to one hour, with a physical timer that never stops, one iPhone filming the process, occasional handheld close-ups when something goes wrong, and my own voice narrating afterward. I don’t want to appear on camera, which may actually help give the channel its own identity—just my hands, the object, the timer and my voice. I also discovered North of the Border, whose style reinforced something important: the narration shouldn’t simply describe what viewers can already see. The mistakes, frustrations and unexpected turns become the story, while the narration adds humor and perspective.
By the end of the discussion, the format had become surprisingly well defined: “One hour. Cardboard. History.” Titanic took thousands of workers roughly three years to build; I get sixty minutes and a glue gun. The clock never stops, and when it reaches zero: “HANDS OFF!” Then comes an almost absurdly serious cinematic reveal, a comparison with the real historical object, my score and the viewers’ score. I especially liked the recurring ending we came up with: “One hour ago, it was cardboard. Now… it’s Badly Built History.” Then, after what appears to be the ending, one final dry observation about whatever went wrong—perhaps, for Titanic, “…That third funnel is really bothering me.”
But I also challenged ChatGPT about something important today. I’ve had a lot of projects and ideas, and it’s too easy to become excited about every new possibility and be told that each one could be successful. The Next Chapter was a recent reminder of that. I don’t want to spend months on another project merely because it sounds exciting in conversation. So rather than believing predictions about Badly Built History getting monetized by January, the sensible approach is much smaller: build Titanic once, make the best video I can, put it in front of strangers, and let the evidence decide whether Episode #2 deserves to exist.
There were a few lighter diversions too. I remembered one of my favorite childhood toys—a little rocket launched with a slingshot that deployed a parachute at the top of its flight. Mine promptly became stuck in a tree, and for reasons I can’t remember, I never simply bought another one. I was surprised to discover that toys remarkably similar to what I remember really did exist. I also started thinking about tomorrow morning. Goose Spit is calling again, and I looked at exactly where the sun should rise from Hawkins Road so I can position the camera properly. After sunrise, there’s also the Saturday Comox Valley Farmers’ Market at the Exhibition Grounds in Courtenay.
So tonight I’m left with a wonderfully odd collection of images from the day: practicing a Tiger Step, dreaming about pulling up in a 1967 Camaro RS/SS, remembering a parachuting rocket lost forever in a childhood tree, watching tomorrow’s sunrise appear in my imagination over Goose Spit, and wondering whether somewhere inside an ordinary pile of discarded cardboard there might be a Titanic waiting to be built. I don’t know whether Badly Built History is a great idea. For once, maybe I don’t need to know. I just need to decide whether it’s worth giving it one hour and seeing what happens.
