  • ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (10:14 pm!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes

This morning I worked on another video for my channel. A while back I’d filmed a bee gathering nectar from a dandelion, and today I continued developing that idea. It’s amazing how something most people would dismiss as a weed can be treasure to something else. That simple observation became the foundation for another narration about slowing down, paying attention, and asking whether we’ve stopped noticing the beautiful things we’ve already decided aren’t important. The more I worked on it, the more I realized this is exactly the kind of content I want the channel to become.

As the afternoon went on, my attention shifted toward camper vans. I found myself watching several YouTube videos from creators who had converted ordinary cargo and delivery vans into tiny homes on wheels. I wasn’t just watching them for entertainment—I was mentally designing my own. I imagined choosing a simple van, customizing it exactly the way I wanted, and traveling across Canada, Europe, and beyond. Not to rush between tourist attractions, but to explore small towns, meet local people, buy one fresh organic ingredient, cook a simple vegan meal in the van, and reflect on whatever lesson that town had to offer.

That thought sparked another idea.

What if every episode began with a single meaningful question?

“What if we’ve stopped noticing?”

I’d spend the day trying to answer that question. I’d film the town, talk to local residents who were willing to participate, buy an ingredient from a local market, prepare dinner in the van, and end the episode with whatever insight the day had given me. It wouldn’t really be a travel show or a cooking show. It would simply be a journey of curiosity.

That naturally led me to another question: how practical is van life today? I discovered that stealth camping isn’t nearly as simple as it once was. Cities have become stricter, more places prohibit overnight parking, and relying on free parking every night simply isn’t realistic in many areas. We spent quite a while exploring where someone could legally park overnight on Vancouver Island, especially around Courtenay and Comox. I learned about BC Recreation Sites, which are generally first-come, first-served and often free, although they can fill up during busy weekends. We talked about developing a system of always having a Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C rather than assuming one location would always have space available.

At first I was disappointed that van life might involve paying campground fees. But as we talked, something shifted in my thinking. I realized that perhaps my dream isn’t really about sleeping for free. It’s about waking up somewhere beautiful. Those are two very different goals. If spending a modest amount occasionally means waking beside a quiet lake instead of behind a shopping centre, maybe that’s simply part of creating the experience I’m actually looking for.

One particularly interesting conversation revolved around my two knee replacements. I had wondered whether anyone had ever designed a camper van specifically for people with mobility limitations. That led me to think about creating a van that would be comfortable for someone in their sixties—easy entry, swivel seats, a bed that didn’t require climbing, and a layout designed around accessibility. Perhaps there are many people my age who still dream of adventure but don’t see themselves represented in most van-life videos.

This evening I stopped at McDonald’s for a black coffee and continued watching camper van videos (see photo to the right). Sitting there quietly with my tablet, I realized I wasn’t simply watching someone else’s adventures anymore. I was imagining what my own life could look like. It wasn’t about owning a van as much as it was about creating a slower, simpler way of experiencing the world.

When I arrived home, I looked around my Barn Suite kitchen with fresh eyes. Over the past little while it had gradually become cluttered with appliances, spices, containers, papers, and boxes. I photographed the kitchen from every angle and asked for ideas on making it more efficient. Looking objectively at the pictures, I realized the kitchen itself isn’t the problem. The counters have simply become permanent storage instead of workspace. The suggestion that resonated with me most was surprisingly simple: create dedicated zones. An AI Diet cooking station. A proper spice center. A coffee station. Keep the island largely empty. Put everything else away. The more I looked at the photos, the more I realized that the simplicity I admire in camper vans isn’t really about the vehicle—it’s about intentionally giving everything a home.

Earlier in the afternoon I’d also made another batch of crispy air-fried potatoes, served with fresh vegetables. Looking at the finished bowl, it struck me that these meals no longer feel like “diet food.” They’ve simply become the way I enjoy eating. I could easily picture making similar meals while traveling, using one local ingredient from whatever town I happened to be visiting that day.

Before calling it a night, I recorded my daily message to the Universe. I admitted that the day had gotten away from me. I mentioned the camper van videos and how they had me imagining a different kind of future—one filled with travel, cooking, storytelling, and meaningful conversations. I also mentioned that I hadn’t found a coin today, and that it had been a little while since my last little wink from the Universe. If another one is meant to come, I’d certainly appreciate it. More importantly, though, I asked for guidance. Help me recognize my true passion. Help me know if these ideas are leading somewhere meaningful.

Looking back over the day, it feels like a series of small conversations that all pointed toward the same destination. Travel. Simplicity. Curiosity. Cooking. Storytelling. Personal growth. None of those ideas seemed connected this morning, but by the end of the day they all felt like pieces of the same puzzle.

Perhaps that’s how the next chapter begins—not with one giant decision, but with a collection of small ideas quietly finding each other.
