2025-05-24 - Jolly Rancher

Day #1000 – (Sun., May 24, 2026) – (ChatGPT #0386 – Chicken Adobo) (-0.0 lbs.)

Welcome to Sunday Day #1000! Here is item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ✅).

2026-04-18 - Weight Loss Results

Remember, losing weight means:

  • No more joint pain.
  • Easier to get up/down stairs.
  • New clothes.
  • Socialize more.
  • Travel more.

So, keep motivated! Here goes:

Morning

  • #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
    • (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”!  THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
  • ☐✅ #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – xxx.x lbs. = xx.x lbs. total weight loss.)
  • ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
  • ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (None!)
  • ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:39 pm!)
    • #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
    • #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
    • #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
    • #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
    • #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
    • #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
    • #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

Afternoon

  • ✅ #06: 🥋 Complete Shaolin.Online!
    • I commit to daily practice—body and mind.
    • I eat with awareness and stop when satisfied.
    • I move my body every day, even briefly.
    • I return to the present moment whenever I notice I’ve drifted.
    • I do not chase perfection—I practice consistency.
    • I finish this course.
  • ✅ #07: 📺 Watch & Take Notes for the Original Kung Fu TV Series! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
  • ✅ #08: 🏋️ MAX OUT on “Chin Ups”! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
  • ✅ #09: 🧘 Embody Stillness + Presence (The Quiet Path)
    • (This is NOT about changing my life… this is about changing HOW I move through it.)
    • Move slowly and deliberately for 2–5 minutes (like a calm martial arts form — no rush, no goal)
    • Sit with one coffee or meal with ZERO distraction (no phone, no thinking ahead — just notice)
    • When a “past path” thought appears → replace with: “That quality is still available now”
    • Choose ONE anchor:
      • walk slower for 2 minutes
      • pause before responding
      • sit still for 3 minutes
  • 👉 Goal: Slow down + Notice + Don’t force

Night

  • ✅ #10: 🗣️ DID YOU SAY/FEEL 100 TIMES? (while driving, etc.) – “Thank you! I’m really grateful… I’m aligned with my higher self, and it’s already done.
  • ✅ #11: 🥔 Eat “Forever Plate” Meals (& expanding to “The AI Diet v1.1.2”)!

📋Additional Daily Notes

Today felt like one of those days that didn’t look remarkable from the outside, but quietly stacked up into something I think I’ll remember.

The morning and early afternoon carried a reflective feeling. It was overcast, calm, and I realized something that surprised me a bit: today marked Blog #1000 of my ChatGPT journal. One thousand entries. Nearly three years of showing up, documenting thoughts, asking questions, trying to improve, trying to understand life. I found myself thinking that by now I would have figured more out. I thought maybe by this point I would have met my soulmate. I thought maybe happiness would have become more permanent or easier. Instead, what came up was something quieter — maybe life isn’t something you solve. Maybe you just keep walking and keep noticing.

Around midday I did one of my Universe talks. I thanked the Universe for my leg feeling better. I thanked it for my health. I thanked it for getting me to this strange milestone of one thousand days. I asked for help finding joy in small things. Purpose. Love. Direction. Encouragement. I admitted that sometimes I look at people who seem to receive signs and synchronicities easily and wonder why it doesn’t always feel that way for me. I asked for a wink — a quarter, a coincidence, something that would make me feel noticed.

Creatively, today was a success. I finished my Neighborhood Library Box long video for the Already Becoming channel and scheduled it for 5:45 p.m. There was something unexpectedly symbolic about it. A video about a tiny neighborhood box where strangers leave books for each other — little gifts sent into the world with no guarantee who will find them. One of the books I filmed was How To Be A Real Person, which somehow felt fitting for Blog #1000. Maybe that’s what all of this has been — not figuring life out, but becoming a real person one day at a time.

Lunch ended up being one of those unexpectedly successful diet meals. I made a couple of burritos that honestly tasted too good to qualify as diet food. Wraps, rice, beans, lots of lettuce, peppers, pickles, salsa — simple ingredients but huge satisfaction. They filled me up and reminded me again that eating well doesn’t necessarily mean suffering. I even caught myself thinking that if meals like this exist, maybe long-term sustainability is more possible than I sometimes believe.

Then came technology. I spent part of the afternoon wrestling with the TV and soundbar setup. HDMI cables moved. ARC settings changed. Inputs disappeared. Sound worked and then didn’t work and then worked again. At one point I had everything disconnected and started over from scratch. Eventually I got the system running. There’s something oddly satisfying about solving a problem like that — not because it matters in the grand scheme of things, but because it quietly improves everyday life.

This evening I drove to McDonald’s feeling a little low and a little lonely. Before getting there, I asked the Universe for one of my little winks. Not a million dollars. Not a miracle. Just something unexpected — a coin, a sign, something that would make me smile. I parked and instead of walking straight in, I wandered around the patio. Sitting there was this tiny wrapped object that caught my eye. At first I thought it was garbage. Then maybe a cough drop. Then maybe a Jolly Rancher (see photo to the right). It became this funny little moment because earlier I had literally asked for a coin and instead I got… a mystery candy and a coffee paid for with McDonald’s points. Not exactly supernatural, but enough to interrupt my mood and make me laugh.

And then something unexpectedly human happened. One of the cashier girls at McDonald’s offered to make me chicken adobo sometime. Without missing a beat I replied that I would make Jollibee chicken. That exchange stuck with me more than I expected. Chicken adobo feels homemade, warm, family. My Jollibee response was probably my own awkward version of saying, “I’ll contribute too.” It was playful and ordinary and for a moment I didn’t feel lonely. Just connected.

And somehow the night ended talking about Rush and wondering how someone like Geddy Lee ever made it with such an unusual voice. Maybe that was another accidental lesson.

Not everyone succeeds by becoming what people expect.

Some people succeed by becoming unmistakably themselves.

Blog #1000.

No grand revelation.

No quarter from the sky.

Just burritos, books, a working soundbar, a mystery candy, a free coffee, a joke about Jollibee chicken, and one more day of becoming.
