It’s the last day of the work week and here is item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).

Remember, losing weight means:
- No more joint pain.
- Easier to get up/down stairs.
- New clothes.
- Socialize more.
- Travel more.
So, keep motivated! Here goes:
Morning
- ✅ #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
- (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”! THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
- ✅ #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 345.8 lbs. = 16.1 lbs. total weight loss.)
- ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
- ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (The Bun Grab!)
- ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:01 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.
Afternoon
- ☐✅ #06: 🥋 Complete Shaolin.Online!
- I commit to daily practice—body and mind.
- I eat with awareness and stop when satisfied.
- I move my body every day, even briefly.
- I return to the present moment whenever I notice I’ve drifted.

- ☐✅ #08: 🏋️ MAX OUT on “Chin Ups”! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
- ☐✅ #09: 🧘 Embody Stillness + Presence (The Quiet Path)

- Move slowly and deliberately for 2–5 minutes (like a calm martial arts form — no rush, no goal)
- Sit with one coffee or meal with ZERO distraction (no phone, no thinking ahead — just notice)
- When a “past path” thought appears → replace with: “That quality is still available now”
- Choose ONE anchor:
- walk slower for 2 minutes
- pause before responding
- sit still for 3 minutes
- 👉 Goal: Slow down + Notice + Don’t force
Night

📋Additional Daily Notes
The morning started with investing on my mind again. I spent time looking at my portfolio, comparing what I own to the Epic Portfolio and thinking about what kinds of companies could become the next long-term compounders. I looked at names I already hold, names I’ve been adding limit orders for, and names I don’t yet own. It struck me that my portfolio is becoming something of a hybrid between Motley Fool Rule Breakers and my own ideas around AI, quality businesses, and patient deployment over time. I found myself thinking not only about what could go up the most, but also what could quietly compound for years.
At the same time, my attention kept drifting away from stocks and back into real life. I ended up out bike shopping and wandering through stores looking at BMX bikes and mountain bikes. My son wants a bike, and suddenly I was thinking about frame sizes, shock absorbers, and whether BMX was actually what he wanted or if a front-suspension mountain bike would make more sense. There’s something enjoyable about wandering through aisles looking at possibilities and imagining what might make someone happy.

While I was out, I also picked up an Xbox controller for GTA 5 on PC (see photo to the right). That felt oddly satisfying. I like those little purchases that feel like opening a door into something new. There was also something funny about the contrast of the day: looking at investment portfolios with hundreds of thousands of dollars while also being excited about a game controller and clearance finds.
Later on I was making bread and experimenting again in the kitchen. There’s something calming about mixing ingredients and seeing what happens. I had some zero-calorie beer, homemade chili, and was thinking again about simplicity and enjoying ordinary things. I’ve noticed more and more lately that some of my happiest moments aren’t expensive moments.
The bigger thoughts of the day drifted into AI and creativity. I watched videos about AI tools that can generate videos from prompts and started imagining something that felt surprisingly meaningful to me: creating scenes of sitting at the Quality Foods coffee shop. Not as some perfect talking avatar, but something quieter—using real footage I’ve taken there. Not lip synced. Just like a movie where someone’s inner voice is heard while they quietly sit and look around. That idea actually felt more real to me than trying to force conversation.
As I thought through it, I imagined filming empty tables, coffee cups, windows, and ordinary moments, then compositing in a generated character and giving her a calm internal voice. I realized maybe the goal isn’t realism in the technical sense. Maybe it’s atmosphere. Maybe it’s creating something that feels like memory.
Later, my mind drifted to nostalgia and stories. I found myself learning about the Bee Gees growing up in Queensland and imagining those boys performing before anyone knew who they were. Then I went down a rabbit hole learning about Bobby Hatfield and wondering what happened to his children and whether any of them carried on musically. There’s always something fascinating to me about the lives behind the people.
Back at home, practical life returned again. Soundbars. HDMI. CEC. Return policies. Gaming computers. My son saying his Quest headset feels too slow. I realized how often technology sounds like a solution until you step back and ask what problem you’re actually solving.
By the end of the day I found myself noticing the pattern. Stocks. Bikes. Bread. Coffee shops. AI. Music. Controllers. Family. Future dreams. Ordinary errands. Somehow all of it belonged to the same day.
And maybe that’s what today really was.
Not one big event.
Just another day becoming.
