2025-06-05 - Curried Hash Brown & Egg Whites

I started up another Amazon ad campaign for my tariff book. This time, the marketplace is in Canada… Hope this helps.

This evening I had one of, if not the, most delicious dish, since I’ve been on this diet about two weeks ago (see photo to the right). It’s rather simple, and I’ve used these ingredients before, but today, oh wow, how they came together! You basically put some curry flavored hashbrowns that you made in the air fryer in a dish. You then pour egg whites over that and microwave for a few minutes. What happens is that the egg whites will infuse into the hashbrowns and so there is no liquid. The eggs and hashbrowns get formed together into these delicious morcels. Put some sweet potato on that, then some salsa and spices! Yumm!!!

Cancelled getImg.ai subscription. It still does create the best AI images I’ve found. It looks like I get to keep the credits I’ve already purchased, which is nice…
