Today I unveiled my “Ninja Creami” Mother’s Day gift to the family. Since I would be sampling ice cream I decided that today would be a “free day”, at least eating wise. I made a great cheeseburger this afternoon and splurged with “Two Cheese Singles” (see photo to the right)!

I suppose one of the big takeaways from today is that I’m going to get ChatGPT to help me with my diet/exercise program. I’ve tried almost everything else over the past few years, maybe give AI a chance to help me. I’m going to give it my weight and what I ate and the exercises I did each day, and let it tell me what I’m doing wrong and how to improve. I must say that ChatGPT is quite remarkable! It’s like having a coach and buddy there to help you every step of the way!
