2025-05-05 - Costco Hamburger

This evening I went to COSTCO for groceries! I picked up some Angus Burgers, Kraft cheese slices, and frozen fries! A little bit of a stray from the “Longevity Diet” that Dr. Sinclair promotes, but with myFitnessPal I think I can keep the calories in check! Take a lot at the great Angus cheeseburger I made in the air fryer tonight (see photo to the right). Do you realize that the ONE Angus burger patty was 390 calories! Man oh man… I won’t be eating them all the time, but for special treat, that’s fine!

I currently have two “Low Cal” meals for moving forward:

  • Air Fryer “Cauliflower Rice & Veggies” on a salad with SkinnyGirl salad dressing!
  • Chanko Nabe Sumo Wrestler Meal with “Cauliflower Rice & Veggies” instead of rice, which is much more caloric!

I like the idea of having a “ToDo” item of 15 minutes to clean the kitchen each day. This will help me make this a daily thing. I still haven’t unpacked the salad spinner and new dish rack that I picked up at Costco last week! Hopefully now I will have the time!
