Blessed Morning Everyone! Here’s to another work week. Let’s go with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for dishwashers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for carving pumpkins. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for kick or punt, the indentation on the bottom of a wine bottle. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for Beethoven symphonies and sonatas. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for the purple of heather and yellow of gorse that inspire the patterns of Irish tweed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for disasters you have survived. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for a well-balanced life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for vacationing off the grid. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for Swedish or Dutch butter cookies. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: I’ve been watching the videos of David Sinclair of Harvard who has done a lot of research into living forever. I’m going to incorporate his ideas into a diet plan.
  3. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I’ve been meditating, but not with my “air conditioner” background. I need to start doing this again.
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): I’m getting better at this.
  5. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Not today.
  6. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Thinking more and more about how to live 100+ years.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I sent an email to Krystie Linton at Community High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan thanking her for teaching our kids.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Using ChatGPT to come up with a 30-Day Plan!

I thought that I would ask Bing (ChatGPT) about what I should do next in regard to manifestation, and this 30-Day Plan here is what materialized. Day #1, “Journal”, has already been taken care of via this website.

After going to my allergist this morning, I stopped by Panera Bread on the way home. I did my walk around the lot, and happened to come across this “silvery thing” (see photo to the left). It had a number on it and kinda looked like a zipper puller, but it was not. Alas, not a coin, and especially not one with “KWF” on it.

While I was at the allergist this morning I started to read some more of “The Source” by Dr. Tara Swart, and here are some notes:

Page #3 – We are currently living a life dominated by STRESS!
