📋Additional Daily Notes
I started today by reconnecting with Maggie’s Manifestation principle—the idea of being completely okay with not getting something while still knowing it will come—which continues to feel like a powerful mental anchor. I weighed in at 338.7 lbs., marking a total loss of 23.2 lbs. from 361.9, and made sure that result was recorded properly. There were no nighttime whispers to capture, but the overall tone of the morning felt steady and intentional.

From there, the day moved into a mix of learning, reflection, and light action. I went to Benino’s for a gelato and cappuccino (see photo to the left) and continued reading the Keith Moon book, now up to page 75, and completed another session of Terje’s Spirit Lab, reinforcing the idea that manifestation isn’t just passive thinking—it requires alignment and action together. I didn’t get to everything on the list, like the History of Civilization videos or chess practice, but they remain in orbit, part of the ongoing rhythm rather than pressure points that need to be forced.
One clear physical win stood out today: I washed the bathroom floor. What started as a simple cleaning idea actually turned into a bit of an unexpected moment when I used water-soaked towels to loosen everything up, only to realize I may have overdone it—the water seeped down into the chicken coop area below. A bit of chaos, but also one of those real-life moments that makes the day memorable. Still, the floor got cleaned, and it marked progress toward the bigger goal of getting the Barn Suite in order.
Throughout the day, I found myself continuing to refine the AI Diet in my mind. The original version proved how powerful simplicity can be—losing 50.3 lbs. in 81 days—but now the focus has shifted toward building something sustainable for life. The structure is evolving: keeping the core of potatoes, egg whites, and vegetables, while layering in controlled additions like whole grain bread, oats, fruit, berries, and plant-based stews. Even things like hummus, Creami desserts, and occasional pasta are being thoughtfully integrated—not as replacements, but as enhancements. It’s becoming less of a “diet” and more of a system I can actually live with.
Food today reflected that same experimental mindset. I had my first meal in the afternoon—a hearty bowl built from cauliflower, lean beef, and Annie’s mac and cheese from the slow cooker, served over lettuce with tomatoes and pickles on the side. It was filling, satisfying, and another example of how meals can evolve while still staying within the broader structure I’m building.
The weekly structure held as well. Sunday’s YouTube upload is lined up, waiting for the traffic long video to go live later in the day, reinforcing that steady cadence of content creation. Other optional areas—like the music studio setup, organizing files, or diving deeper into additional learning—remain open, not as failures, but as future steps.
Overall, today wasn’t about checking every box—it was about maintaining direction. Some things got done, others didn’t, but the system continues to evolve. The checklist is alive, the diet is transforming into something sustainable, and the path forward feels clearer with each small step.
